背景技术
市场的换热翅片通常设置在管体的外部,其存在的弊端是换热效率低下,耐腐蚀性较差,而且制作工序复杂。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供一种内外翅片换热管,本发明的技术方案是:一种内外翅片换热管,包括管体,在管体的外壁形成外翅片,内壁形成内翅片,内壁上衬有聚四氟乙烯涂层,所述的内翅片和外翅片通过旋压的方式一次成型。
每一外翅片设置在管体的圆周方向上,数个外翅片沿管体的长度方向均匀设置;所述的内翅片为数个,每一内翅片均呈Z形设置,相邻两内翅片之间的间距大于相邻两外翅片之间的间距。
本发明的优点是:热传导性好,材料一致性强,耐腐性好,成本低。

外翅片3的作用是增加外换热面积,吸热过程中翅片对促进流体的湍动,翅片强化传热,风阻小,破坏热边界层充分吸收热源,内翅片1作用是使水流通过换热管时不停旋转撞击换热管内侧,使水紊流,强制换热降低换热时高温区的传热不均匀的噪音问题,减少换热不均产生水垢问题,提高换热效率,减少换热体积,翅片管上的内外翅片是由厚壁铝管动态旋压一体成型的,热传导性好,材料一致性强,耐腐性好,成本低。
