背景技术
玻璃纤维生产过程中，高温玻璃液从漏板的漏嘴中流出，经过冷却水的冷却，形成连续不断的玻璃纤维，再经涂覆浸润剂以后，通过集束器集成原丝，然而玻璃纤维经过涂油器涂油去向集束器的过程中，经常出现跑丝、偏移的现象，需要人工进行监管，引导玻璃纤维的方向，浪费人力资源。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足而提供一种玻璃纤维生产用的导丝装置。
本实用新型的目的是以下述技术方案实现的：
一种玻璃纤维生产用导丝装置，包括框架、框架设轨道槽，轨道槽内设两个并列的石墨杆。
所述两个并列石墨杆间距为3-20mm。
所述石墨杆主体为螺杆，螺杆上设石墨套。
本实用新型提供的导丝装置，可以良好的引导玻璃纤维丝的方向，防止跑丝，并在玻璃纤维集束器集束前增加纤维张力，增强集束。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种玻璃纤维生产用导丝装置，包括固定在涂油盒上的框架1、框架1设轨道槽2，轨道槽2内设两个并列的石墨杆3，两石墨杆3的间距为3-20mm，石墨杆3位于涂油辊4下方，集束器5上方，石墨杆3主体为螺杆，螺杆伸出框架一端上设石墨套，石墨比较光滑耐磨，可以良好引导玻璃纤维丝的方向而不损坏纤维丝。
当玻璃纤维6经涂油辊4涂覆浸润剂以后继续向下走，经过位于涂油辊4下方的两根石墨导丝杆3中间，由石墨杆3引导其继续往下方移动进行集束，防止其跑丝。石墨杆3的间距可根据生产需求进行调节，当涂油辊4有并列多个时，可根据需求在框架内相应设多对石墨导丝杆3。

1.一种玻璃纤维生产用导丝装置，其特征在于：包括框架、框架设轨道槽，轨道槽内设两个并列的石墨杆。
2.如权利要求1所述的玻璃纤维生产用导丝装置，其特征在于：所述两个并列石墨杆间距为3-20mm。
3.如权利要求2或3所述的玻璃纤维生产用导丝装置，其特征在于：所述石墨杆主体为螺杆，螺杆上设石墨套。
