本实用新型涉及一种阀板组件，尤其涉及一种空气压缩机的阀板组件。
背景技术
现有的空气压缩机都是安装双阀板，所述的双阀板是将进气阀片和排气阀片都转在阀板内，并同时通过铝垫片密封，这样不仅成本高，而且阀板之间会有缝隙，会跑气，这样机器工作起来效率也低。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的目的是提供了一种空气压缩机的阀板组件，采用单阀板，进气阀片和排气阀片都分别装在阀板和气缸上。
为实现上述的目的，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：
一种空气压缩机的阀板组件，所述的阀板组件设置在气缸的缸体和缸盖之间，该阀板组件包括阀板、排气阀片和进气阀片，在所述的阀板上分别设有排气口和进气口，在所述的排气口上端设有排气阀片，所述的进气阀片设置在气缸的缸体上，所述的进气阀片与进气口相对应设置。
作为进一步改进，在所述的排气阀片的上端设有阀片限位器，所述的排气阀片和阀片限位器两端分别相互叠合一起且通过设置螺钉固定在阀板上，在所述的螺钉上设有弹垫。
本实用新型保证了气缸内的密封性，且结构简单。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图，对本实用新型一种可拆卸的橡皮擦做详细描述。
如图1~3所示一种空气压缩机的阀板组件，所述的阀板组件设置在气缸的缸体10和缸盖9之间，该阀板组件包括阀板1、排气阀片2和进气阀片8，在所述的阀板1上分别设有排气口6和进气口7，在所述的排气口6上端设有排气阀片2，所述的进气阀片8设置在气缸的缸体10上，所述的进气阀片8与进气口7相对应设置。在所述的排气阀片2的上端设有阀片限位器3，所述的排气阀片2和阀片限位器3两端分别相互叠合一起且通过设置螺钉5固定在阀板1上，在所述的螺钉5上设有弹垫4。

1.一种空气压缩机的阀板组件，所述的阀板组件设置在气缸的缸体（10）和缸盖（9）之间，其特征在于：该阀板组件包括阀板（1）、排气阀片（2）和进气阀片（8），在所述的阀板（1）上分别设有排气口（6）和进气口（7），在所述的排气口（6）上端设有排气阀片（2），所述的进气阀片（8）设置在气缸的缸体（10）上，所述的进气阀片（8）与进气口（7）相对应设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气压缩机的阀板组件，其特征在于：在所述的排气阀片（2）的上端设有阀片限位器（3），所述的排气阀片（2）和阀片限位器（3）两端分别相互叠合一起且通过设置螺钉（5）固定在阀板（1）上，在所述的螺钉（5）上设有弹垫（4）。
