本实用新型公开了一种预结晶器，包括搅拌器，搅拌器上对称设置有左侧搅叶和右侧搅叶，所述左侧搅叶一端连接有左侧刮刀片，右侧搅叶一端连接有右侧刮刀片；与现有技术相比，本实用新型左侧刮刀片和右侧刮刀片分别安装在左侧搅叶一端和右侧搅叶的一端，使得左侧刮刀片和右侧刮刀片在刮切挂壁结晶糖膏时，左右受力均匀，可以有效及时的将产生的挂壁糖膏刮切下来，从而避免因造成大面积挂壁结晶糖膏而堵塞下部出料口，而且避免刮刀片与左侧搅叶及其与右侧搅叶之间的连接处断开，同时，减少了设备维修费用，保证生产的连续性及产品质量的稳定性。

本实用新型涉及一种结晶装置，具体涉及一种预结晶器。
背景技术
目前，本公司结晶葡萄糖生产属低温降温结晶而成。既葡萄糖液经过净化、离交后进入多效蒸发器，蒸发后的糖液部分打入预结晶器里与来自预结晶罐的循环晶种混合，经预结晶器夹套冷却降温，形成具有足量的晶体，该预结晶物料除一部分作为预结晶罐自身的循环晶种外，其余部分供往卧式结晶工序，使得卧式降温结晶能实现连续运行生产。
如图1所示，目前使用的预结晶器包括搅拌器（1），搅拌器上对称设置有左侧搅叶（2）和右侧搅叶（3），左侧搅叶的一端连接有刮刀片（4），刮刀片为整体连接在多层搅叶一侧的，预结晶器在夹套降温过程中，虽然有主罐内的搅拌器以5-8r/min的转速匀速转动，以保证浓糖与晶种充分混合，使在其区间内的糖膏能均匀冷却，但是糖膏物料因结晶仍会在预晶器主罐内壁产生挂壁现象，而安装在左侧搅叶的刮刀片，因左右受力不均匀、强度较小，不能及时将挂壁的结晶糖膏（5）刮切下，造成产生大面积挂壁结晶糖膏时，刮刀片强行刮切时，出现刮刀片（4）与左侧搅叶（2）连接处断开而折断脱落，而同时被刮且下来的大块结晶糖膏会堵塞结晶器下部出料口，不仅增加了维修费用，还造成生产不连续，产品质量不稳定。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术中存在的刮刀片因左右受力不均匀、强度较小，造成刮刀片与搅叶连接处断开而折断脱落，以及大块结晶糖膏会堵塞结晶器下部出料口的问题，本实用新型提供一种预结晶器，能够实现刮刀片左右受力均匀，并且有效及时的将产生的挂壁糖膏刮切下来，避免下部出料口堵塞。
本实用新型为了实现上述目的，采用如下技术方案：
一种预结晶器，包括搅拌器，搅拌器上对称设置有左侧搅叶和右侧搅叶，所述左侧搅叶一端连接有左侧刮刀片，右侧搅叶一端连接有右侧刮刀片。
所述左侧刮刀片和右侧刮刀片呈阶梯式安装。
所述左侧刮刀片和右侧刮刀片呈对称式安装。
所述左侧刮刀片和右侧刮刀片的厚度均为13-16mm，宽度均为90-110mm。
所述左侧刮刀片和右侧刮刀片的厚度均为14mm，宽度均为100mm。
   与现有技术相比，本实用新型左侧刮刀片和右侧刮刀片分别安装在左侧搅叶一端和右侧搅叶的一端，使得左侧刮刀片和右侧刮刀片在刮切挂壁结晶糖膏时，左右受力均匀，可以有效及时的将产生的挂壁糖膏刮切下来，从而避免因造成大面积挂壁结晶糖膏而堵塞下部出料口，而且避免刮刀片与左侧搅叶及其与右侧搅叶之间的连接处断开，同时，减少了设备维修费用，保证生产的连续性及产品质量的稳定性。

具体实施方式
如图2所示，一种预结晶器，包括搅拌器1，搅拌器上对称设置有左侧搅叶2和右侧搅叶3，所述左侧搅叶2一端连接有左侧刮刀片41，右侧搅叶3一端连接有右侧刮刀片42。
作为本实用新型的优选，左侧刮刀片41和右侧刮刀片42呈阶梯式或对称式安装，使左侧刮刀片和右侧刮刀片受力均匀，避免左侧刮刀片与左侧搅叶及右侧刮刀片与右侧搅叶连接处断开而折断脱落的现象，并且能有效及时的将产生的挂壁糖膏刮切下来，防止下部出料口被堵塞。
本实用新型左侧刮刀片41和右侧刮刀片42的厚度均为13-16mm，宽度均为90-110mm。
作为本实用新型的更进一步优选，左侧刮刀片41和右侧刮刀片42的厚度均为14mm，宽度均为100mm，大大增加了刮刀片的机械强度，提高预结晶器的生产效率。
   工作原理如下：
如图2所示，预结晶器主要由带有降温夹套6的主罐7和带有真空系统8的闪蒸罐9组成，来自蒸发器11的浓糖浆与来自主罐的循环晶种混合，然后快速送入闪蒸罐闪蒸，达到进一步结晶所需的过饱和度和晶核含量。在重力的作用下，闪蒸罐内的物料通过下料管10由底部进到预结晶主罐，然后经搅拌推进到主罐的顶部。主罐内的搅拌器以5-8r/min的转速匀速转动，以保证浓糖与晶种充分混合，使在其区间内的糖膏能均匀冷却，且防止糖膏固定在结晶器内表面。在主罐上部的循环泵再把推进到罐上部的糖膏抽出，与新的浓缩糖浆混合后再进入闪蒸罐闪蒸。由于有糖浆连续注入，预结晶好的部分物料也可以由罐底的出料泵打出，供给卧式降温结晶罐。这样，预结晶罐里的物料保持相对稳定，实现进料—循环—闪蒸—冷却—出料连续进行。

1.一种预结晶器，包括搅拌器（1），搅拌器上对称设置有左侧搅叶（2）和右侧搅叶（3），其特征在于：所述左侧搅叶（2）一端连接有左侧刮刀片（41），右侧搅叶（3）一端连接有右侧刮刀片（42）。
