本实用新型涉及一种通用打孔模具。
背景技术
目前打孔模具一般都是由一个不可活动冲针的动模和定模组成,这种打孔模具只能打单种孔径大小固定的孔,由于不同模具需要打孔径大小不同的孔,这样就需要很多台打孔模具或者经常更换冲针,操作非常麻烦,而且工作效率较低。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型要解决的问题是提供一种通用打孔模具实现在一台打孔模具上打若干种孔径大小不同的孔。
本实用新型解决该技术问题采用的技术方案是:一种通用打孔模具,包括动模和定模,其特征在于所述动模上设有若干个可活动、外径不同的冲针,所述动模上还设有一块用于限位所述冲针的可调插销,所述定模上设有与所述冲针匹配的通孔。当打孔时,待冲孔模具固定于所述定模上,将所述可调插销限定所需打孔孔径大小对应的冲针,使上述被固定的冲针实现冲压打孔,废料通过所述定模的通孔掉落,其余没被固定的冲针由于有段空行程从而不冲压打孔。
综上所述,本实用新型的有益效果是:采用本实用新型的通用打孔模具可在一台打孔模具上打若干种孔径大小不同的孔。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种通用打孔模具,包括动模和定模15。所述动模下方设有下模板12,方便通过按压固定待冲孔模具,下模板12通过销轴13定位在定位孔14内来固定在定模15上,可以方便装卸;所述动模包括顶板10和凹槽板11固定连接组成,凹槽板11设有四道深度与待冲孔模具厚度匹配的凹槽,所述凹槽与顶板10形成插销孔1,并设有一个与插销孔1匹配的可调插销2,所述凹槽内各设有一个与等长外径不同的冲针3相匹配的插针孔,下模板12和定模15都设有与冲针3相匹配的通孔,冲针3在所述插针孔和所述通孔内可活动,采用所述结构的动模比用一块板加工而成的加工工艺相对简单容易;所述动模通过连接驱动杆9做冲压运动,当然所述动模也可以不需要驱动杆9通过别的方式如凸轮做冲压运动。这样就可以实现当打孔时,将可调插销2插入所需孔径的冲针3对应的插销孔1内,使冲针3固定实现冲压打孔,其余没有插可调插销2所对应的活动冲针3由于插销孔1内有段空行程从而不冲压打孔,从而实现在一台打孔模具上打孔径大小不同的孔,废料从定模15的通孔内掉落。定模15的通孔两侧分别设有左可调定位板7、右可调定位板4,这样通过移动左可调定位板7和右可调定位板4方便调节待冲孔模具的打孔位置,实现不同孔位模具打孔的通用;左可调节定位板7和右可调节定位板4之间的一侧还设有与之相对垂直的前可调节定位板5,使所述待冲孔模具一侧与前可调定位板5相接触,方便所述待冲孔模具水平放平,提高打孔精度,前可调定位板5同时也便于调节打孔位置;再通过螺栓分别固定好左可调定位板7、右可调定位板4和前可调定位板5就可以固定待冲孔模具,从而实现汽车行业所有模具打孔的通用。定模15上设有孔位标示6,用于识别孔位尺寸,方便快速选定所需孔位。定模15的通孔下设有镂空的具有弧度的腔体8,废料通过定模15上的通孔掉落到腔体8内然后通过弧度滑落到收集器内,方便废料收集。                   

Claims (5)

1.一种通用打孔模具,包括动模和定模,其特征在于所述动模上设有若干个可活动、外径不同的冲针,所述动模上还设有一块用于限位所述冲针的可调插销,所述定模上设有与所述冲针匹配的通孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的通用打孔模具,其特征在于所述定模上的通孔两侧分别设有左可调定位板和右可调定位板。
3.如权利要求2所述的通用打孔模具,其特征在于所述定模上的通孔的一侧且与所述左、右可调节定位板相对垂直侧还设有前可调定位板。
4.如权利要求1至3中任一权利要求所述的通用打孔模具,其特征在于所述定模上的通孔下面为镂空的具有弧度的腔体。
5.如权利要求1所述的通用打孔模具,其特征在于所述动模由顶板(10)和凹槽板(11)固定连接组成。
