本实用新型涉及一种节能蒸饭柜。
背景技术
在厨房设备中，蒸饭柜是一种常见的工具，被广泛采用，常用于食堂、宾馆或酒店等大型餐饮场所。现有技术的蒸饭柜在使用过程所产出的热量有一部分被白白浪费，造成能源的不合理利用。并且由于热量散发不均匀使得食物不能同时成熟，为了都能达到成熟，因此必须进行多加热一段时间，因此，也造成了能源的浪费。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种节能蒸饭柜，热效率高、加热速度快，大大节约能源，改善环境，使用安全可靠，食物更加的干净卫生。
本实用新型所述的一种节能蒸饭柜，包括柜体，柜体底部设置隔热保温板，隔热保温板一侧电热管，另一侧设置浮球阀，浮球阀包括浮球、浮杆和进水口，浮杆的一端设置进水口，另一端设置进水口；隔热保温板上方设置滤网，滤网上方定向出汽控制板，定向出汽控制板上均匀设置出汽孔，定向出汽控制板的上方设置置物板；节能蒸饭柜顶端设置排汽孔。
当进水量达到一定水位后，浮球上升，浮球阀进水口处的活动开关自动关闭，实现阻止进水；反之，放水后，水位下降，通过浮球阀进水口处的活动开关自动打开，实现进水。
冷水被加热后有很多的杂质，杂质随着蒸汽去加热食物，会污染食物，增加滤网后，蒸汽中的杂质被滤网有效的拦截，保证了食物的干净卫生。
隔热保温板上设置通孔。随着热水量的减少，隔热保温板一侧的冷水可以通孔进入另一侧进行加热。
置物板的个数为1‐5个。
置物板通过滑槽与柜体连接。

如图1‐3所示，本实施例所述的一种节能蒸饭柜，包括柜体1，柜体1底部设置隔热保温板5，隔热保温板5一侧电热管7，另一侧设置浮球阀，浮球阀包括浮球4、浮杆3和进水口2，浮杆3的一端设置进水口2，另一端设置进水口2；隔热保温板5上方设置滤网8，滤网8上方定向出汽控制板9，定向出汽控制板9上均匀设置出汽孔13，定向出汽控制板9的上方设置置物板11；节能蒸饭柜顶端设置排汽孔12。
隔热保温板5上设置通孔6。
置物板11的个数为1‐5个。
置物板11通过滑槽10与柜体1连接。

1.一种节能蒸饭柜，包括柜体(1)，其特征在于，柜体(1)底部设置隔热保温板(5)，隔热保温板(5)一侧电热管(7)，另一侧设置浮球阀，浮球阀包括浮球(4)、浮杆(3)和进水口(2)，浮杆(3)的一端设置进水口(2)，另一端设置进水口(2)；隔热保温板(5)上方设置滤网(8)，滤网(8)上方定向出汽控制板(9)，定向出汽控制板(9)上均匀设置出汽孔(13)，定向出汽控制板(9)的上方设置置物板(11)；节能蒸饭柜顶端设置排汽孔(12)。

3.根据权利要求1所述的节能蒸饭柜，其特征在于，置物板(11)的个数为1-5层。
