背景技术
为满足加工、测量、装配的工艺需要在工件上增设的孔通常称作为工艺孔,这些工艺孔最终有的需要进行堵塞,铆塞就是对此种工艺孔进行有效堵塞的部件,由于经铆塞后的工件常在反复高温、高压或受到强烈振动等恶劣条件下作业,铆塞就有脱落的可能性,若出现被铆塞的工艺孔发生泄漏将会带来严重的安全隐患,同时脱落的铆塞件掉落后也会对被铆塞的主体造成不可估量的损失,因此,就需要对铆塞件本身作严格检测,使其能够保证在各种恶劣条件仍具有较高的安全稳定性能,由于铆塞本身就是申请人的创新产品,因此,目前市场上没有用于检测本新产品性能的检测装置。

本实用新型的目的就是为了解决上述之不足而提供一种结构设计合理,密封性能好,可有效提高检测效率及检测数据精准性的铆塞密封性检测座。

铆塞密封性检测座,它主要由座体和芯管构成,所述座体的上端开设有铆塞孔,座体的下端开设有油道孔,该铆塞孔与油道孔相贯通,在所述座体的下端外侧设置有螺纹,将座体下端油道孔的孔口处设置呈凹锥面状,所述芯管的端部设置呈与油道孔孔口凹锥面状相对应的凸锥面状,该芯管通过其凸锥面状的端部与座体下端凹锥面状的油道孔孔口相连通并接合在一起。
所述铆塞孔的孔径比油道孔的孔径小3至6毫米。
本实用新型采用上述技术解决方案所能达到的有益效果是:结构简单,设计十分合理,在座体与芯管的配合下,再通过锥面密封结构,达到了很好地密封效果,同时也有效提高了检测效率及检测数据的精准性。

由图1所示,铆塞密封性检测座,它主要由座体1和芯管2构成,所述座体1的上端开设有铆塞孔3,座体1的下端开设有油道孔4,该铆塞孔3与油道孔4相贯通,铆塞孔3的孔径比油道孔4的孔径小3至6毫米为宜,在所述座体1的下端外侧设置有螺纹5,座体1通过该螺纹5与检测设备的基座相连接,将座体1下端油道孔4的孔口处设置呈凹锥面状,所述芯管2的端部设置呈与油道孔4孔口凹锥面状相对应的凸锥面状,该芯管2通过其凸锥面状的端部与座体1下端凹锥面状的油道孔4孔口相连通并接合在一起。

1.铆塞密封性检测座,其特征在于:它主要由座体和芯管构成,所述座体的上端开设有铆塞孔,座体的下端开设有油道孔,该铆塞孔与油道孔相贯通,在所述座体的下端外侧设置有螺纹,将座体下端油道孔的孔口处设置呈凹锥面状,所述芯管的端部设置呈与油道孔孔口凹锥面状相对应的凸锥面状,该芯管通过其凸锥面状的端部与座体下端凹锥面状的油道孔孔口相连通并接合在一起。
