背景技术
进油阀是抽油泵的核心部件之一，也是出故障最多的部件。现场统计资料显示，进油阀的故障主要表现在阀球和阀座的腐蚀、阀座及阀罩密封台阶面发生刺漏等方面，其中，阀罩密封台阶面的刺漏尤为突出，故障率居高不下，已严重影响到抽油泵的正常使用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种抽油泵进油阀，用以解决进油阀阀罩密封台阶面的刺漏问题，延长抽油泵的工作寿命。
本实用新型的具体技术内容如下：
本进油阀的阀罩上端设有连接抽油泵下接箍的外螺纹，下端内螺纹连接阀座接头，中部球腔内壁台阶下方设有由阀座接头压紧的密封垫圈和其下方的阀座，阀球设在阀座上方。
本进油阀性能可靠，加工成本低，能解决进油阀阀罩密封台阶面的刺漏问题，延长抽油泵的工作寿命。

本进油阀主要包括阀罩1、阀球2、密封垫圈3、阀座4和阀座接头5；
阀罩1上端设有连接抽油泵下接箍的外螺纹，下端内螺纹连接阀座接头5，中部球腔内壁台阶下方设有由阀座接头5压紧的密封垫圈3和其下方的阀座4，阀球2设在阀座4上方。密封垫圈3的材质可为紫铜、尼龙或其他软密封材料。
该抽油泵进油阀的密封原理为：
由被挤压变形的密封垫圈3将阀罩1内壁台阶下端面与阀座4上端面牢牢密封，不存丝毫缝隙，从而解决了阀罩1密封台阶面的刺漏问题。

本进油阀的阀罩(1)上端设有连接抽油泵下接箍的外螺纹，下端内螺纹连接阀座接头(5)，中部球腔内壁台阶下方设有由阀座接头(5)压紧的密封垫圈(3)和其下方的阀座(4)，阀球(2)设在阀座(4)上方。
