背景技术
目前玻璃屏幕加工一般都为小尺寸的玻璃加工，分别对原材料用多种磨刀进行粗磨精磨的加工，需要换刀进行多次加工，延长加工周期，且其刀具不适用于加工大尺寸的玻璃产品，使用不便，实用性差。 
发明内容
为了解决上述问题，本实用新型旨在提供一种刀具，尤指一种用于加工超大尺寸玻璃的数控加工刀具。 
实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：一种超大尺寸玻璃的加工刀具，其特征在于：整体结构包括刀柄及加工刀头，所述加工刀头进一步包括刀尖及研磨刀头，所述刀尖及研磨刀头外侧均设置有研磨砂层，所述刀尖一端与研磨刀头连接，另一端设置有圆角，所述研磨刀头设置有U型槽，所述研磨刀头与刀尖连接端截面呈90°角。 
其次，所述刀柄及加工刀头均设置为同轴圆柱体。 
另外，所述刀尖设置有钻孔部及磨孔部，所述刀尖钻孔部直径为1.1mm且外侧设置有400号砂层，其底部设置有半径为0.65mm的圆角，所述磨孔部直径为0.8mm且外侧设置有1000号砂层。 
再则，所述研磨刀头设置有第一U型槽、第二U型槽及第三U型槽，所述第一U型槽设置有250号砂层，所述第二U型槽设置有400号砂层，所述第三U型槽设置有1000号砂层。 
其次，所述第一U型槽、第二U型槽及第三U型槽内角均为90°角。

如图1-2所示，一种超大尺寸玻璃的加工刀具，其特征在于：整体结构包括刀柄1及加工刀头2，所述加工刀头2进一步包括刀尖3及研磨刀头4，所述刀尖3及研磨刀头4外侧均设置有研磨砂层，所述刀尖3一端与研磨刀头4连接，另一端设置有圆角5，所述研磨刀头4设置有U型槽6，所述研磨刀头4与刀尖3连接端截面呈90°角。 
其次，所述刀柄1及加工刀头2均设置为同轴圆柱体。 
另外，所述刀尖3设置有钻孔部7及磨孔部8，所述刀尖3钻孔部7直径为1.1mm且外侧设置有400号砂层，其底部设置有半径为0.65mm的圆角，所述磨孔部8直径为0.8mm且外侧设置有1000号砂层。 
再则，所述研磨刀头4设置有第一U型槽9、第二U型槽10及第三U型槽 11，所述第一U型槽9设置有250号砂层，所述第二U型槽10设置有400号砂层，所述第三U型槽11设置有1000号砂层。 
其次，所述第一U型槽9、第二U型槽10及第三U型槽11内角均为90°角。 
本实用新型磨轮适用于外形磨边和Φ1.2mm-Φ1.5mm小孔一次成型。
