本发明提供一种缸头加工工艺,包括如下步骤:(1)粗、精车外圆端面及内孔,芯轴贴靠内孔,塔子面校平缸头,夹紧两个侧面,粗精车外圆、端面及内孔;倒角去毛刺;(2)铣两侧面,利用自制工装贴靠外圆端面和塔子面,夹紧工件顶部,确保同批次对称度尺寸一致,打磨去毛刺。本发明涉及的这种缸头加工工艺,加工工艺安排合理,工序合理,导致效率提高,产品质量提高。

本发明涉及一种缸头加工工艺,属于机械技术领域。
背景技术
为得到符合标准的产品,提高产品的质量,合理安排加工工艺是比较重要的一环。现有的缸头加工工艺,安排不够合理,导致一些工序要么出现质量问题,要么出现加工效率降低,因此,如何得到一个合理的工序及加工方法,为本专利研究的课题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种缸头加工工艺,加工工艺安排合理,工序合理,导致效率提高,产品质量提高。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:种缸头加工工艺,包括如下步骤:(1)粗、精车外圆端面及内孔,芯轴贴靠内孔,塔子面校平缸头,夹紧两个侧面,粗精车外圆、端面及内孔;倒角去毛刺;(2)铣两侧面,利用自制工装贴靠外圆端面和塔子面,夹紧工件顶部,确保同批次对称度尺寸一致,打磨去毛刺;(3)使用自制工装, 外圆定位,塔子面校正工件,夹紧头部和侧面,镗孔,倒锐边角去毛刺;(4)贴靠外圆端面和端面,夹紧工件顶部,粗铣留余量1.5mm,精铣,确保同批次对称度尺寸一致,去毛刺;(5)钻孔,使用自制工装,贴靠外圆和内孔,夹紧侧面钻孔,去毛刺、清洗内残留铁屑;(6)钻孔,贴靠外圆和内孔,钻空去毛刺;利用自制工装,贴靠塔子平面和内孔;夹紧工件铣斜面,去毛刺;(7)钻斜孔,利用自制工装,贴靠塔子平面和内孔,夹紧工件钻孔,去毛刺。

具体实施方式
一种缸头加工工艺,包括如下步骤:如图1所示,(1)粗、精车外圆面2及内孔1,芯轴贴靠内孔1,塔子面校平缸头,夹紧两个侧面,粗精车外圆面2、端面3及内孔1,倒角去毛刺;(2)如图2所示,铣两侧面5,利用自制工装贴靠外圆端面3和塔子面,夹紧工件顶部4,确保同批次对称度尺寸一致,打磨去毛刺;(3)如图4所示,使用自制工装,外圆2定位,塔子面校正工件,夹紧头部和侧面,镗内孔1,倒锐边角去毛刺;(4)如图5和图6所示,贴靠外圆端面3和一侧面5,夹紧工件顶部,粗铣留余量1.5mm,精铣,确保同批次对称度尺寸一致,去毛刺;(5)如图7和图8所示,钻孔6,使用自制工装,贴靠外圆2和内孔1,夹紧侧面5钻孔,去毛刺、清洗内残留铁屑;(6)如图7和图8所示,钻孔6,贴靠外圆2和内孔1,钻空去毛刺;利用自制工装,贴靠塔子平面和内孔1;夹紧工件铣斜面,去毛刺;(7)如图9所示,钻斜孔7,利用自制工装,贴靠塔子平面和内孔,夹紧工件钻孔,去毛刺。
