Abstract
玻璃熔化炉余热回收利用系统,玻璃熔化炉上连接有煤气发生炉的供气管,在玻璃熔化炉两侧侧壁表面,安装有冷却水箱,冷却水箱的进水管与煤气发生炉冷却水套的出水管连接,冷却水箱的出气管与煤气发生炉的空气进管连接。采用本技术方案,由于在炉壁安装冷却水箱,炉壁上的热量被冷却水箱大量吸收,炉壁的温度大大降低,其使用寿命得到延长;冷却水箱与煤气发生炉冷却水套连接,从煤气发生炉冷却水套流到冷却水箱的热水,吸收炉壁的热量后达到蒸发状态,蒸发后的水蒸气进入煤气发生炉的空气进管中,不仅提高助燃空气的温度,还增加了煤气发生炉中炉气的产量,蒸气中的余热和水分均得到利用,实现了在生产中的节能降耗。

本实用新型属于玻璃瓶生产设备技术领域,涉及一种玻璃熔化炉余热回收利用系统。
背景技术
在玻璃瓶的生产过程中,多种原料需要在玻璃熔化炉中熔炼,玻璃熔化炉的炉壁由特殊的耐火、隔热材料制成,在生产时,熔化炉内温度很高,部分热量依然会传递到炉壁外表面,使炉壁外表面的温度升高。炉壁处于高温状况,不仅大量的热量白白损失,炉壁的使用寿命会有所缩短。
发明内容
针对现有技术中,玻璃熔化炉在生产时炉壁处于高温状况,不仅大量的热量白白损失,炉壁的使用寿命也会有所缩短的问题,本实用新型提供一种玻璃熔化炉余热回收利用系统,玻璃熔化炉上连接有煤气发生炉的供气管,在玻璃熔化炉两侧侧壁表面,安装有冷却水箱,冷却水箱的进水管与煤气发生炉冷却水套的出水管连接,冷却水箱的出气管与煤气发生炉的空气进管连接。
