技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种烧制瓷砖用的窑炉,更具体地说,尤其涉及一种新型节能环保窑炉。
背景技术
现有技术中,在烧制瓷砖的窑炉内的产品在高温烧成后都要经过高温段、中温段和低温段,用于将产品冷却下来,高温段、中温段和低温段的冷却都是通过风机将冷风打进窑炉内部,并将热风抽走,风机在工作过程中消耗大量的能量,热风被抽走浪费热源,而且这些管道粗大,维修不方便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的针对上述的情况,提供一种能充分利用热源、节能环保和维修方便的新型节能环保窑炉,其核心是用水冷替代传统的风冷系统,为废热利用创造条件。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:一种新型节能环保窑炉,包括窑炉,所述的窑炉上设有高温段、中温段和低温段,所述的高温段、中温段和低温段均由多个炉节组成,所述的高温段通过小管道与第一总管连接,所述的中温段通过小管道与第二总管连接,所述的低温段通过小管道与第三总管连接,所述的第一总管、第二总管与第三总管分别与余热回收装置连接,所述的余热回收装置上穿设有水管,所述的的水管一端设有水泵,另一端设有蒸汽出口,所述的蒸汽出口与蒸汽泡连接。
上述的一种新型节能环保窑炉中,所述的窑炉两侧均设有弯管,所述的弯管通过小管道与余热回收装置连接。
上述的一种新型节能环保窑炉中,所述的低温段末端设有排烟口,所述的排烟口通过管道与余热回收装置连接。
上述的一种新型节能环保窑炉中,所述的高温段内的每个炉节均设有小管道与第一总管连接。
上述的一种新型节能环保窑炉中,所述的中温段内的每个炉节均设有小管道与第二总管连接。
上述的一种新型节能环保窑炉中,所述的低温段内的每个炉节均设有小管道与第三总管连接。
本实用新型采用上述结构后,高温段、中温段和低温段内通过安装多个小管道与各个总管连接,总管将热量输送到余热回收装置内,可充分利用窑炉内的热源,而且余热回收装置内通入水,可产生大量蒸汽,从而可利用蒸汽进行发电;本实用新型采用的管道较小型,可方便安装和维修设备。

具体实施方式
结合图1和图2所示的一种新型节能环保窑炉,一种新型节能环保窑炉,包括窑炉1,所述的窑炉1上设有高温段2、中温段3和低温段4,所述的高温段2、中温段3和低温段4均由多个炉节组成,所述的高温段2内的每个炉节均设有小管道,这些小管道均与第一总管5连接,所述的中温段3内的每个炉节均设有小管道,这些小管道均与第二总管6连接,所述的低温段4内的每个炉节均设有小管道,这些小管道均与第三总管7连接,所述的第一总管5、第二总管6与第三总管7分别与余热回收装置9连接,所述的窑炉1两侧均设有弯管15,所述的弯管15通过小管道与余热回收装置9连接,所述的低温段4末端设有排烟口8,所述的排烟口8通过管道与余热回收装置9连接,所述的余热回收装置9上穿设有水管12,所述的的水管12一端设有水源的进口10,该进口10上设有水泵11,水管12另一端设有蒸汽出口14,所述的蒸汽出口14与蒸汽泡13连接,所述的蒸汽泡13可通过与汽轮机连接,汽轮机可利用蒸汽发电。
由于窑炉在工作中,高温段2内的温度可达到1100℃,中温段3内的温度可达到800℃,低温段4内的温度可达200℃,而且排烟口8处的温度也可达到150℃,通过将这些热源收集到余热回收装置9后,该余热回收装置9内的温度较高,可将水转化成水蒸汽,再通过水蒸汽发电,可满足窑炉工作所需的能量。

1.一种新型节能环保窑炉,包括窑炉(1),所述的窑炉(1)上设有高温段(2)、中温段(3)和低温段(4),所述的高温段(2)、中温段(3)和低温段(4)均由多个炉节组成,其特征在于,所述的高温段(2)通过小管道与第一总管(5)连接,所述的中温段(3)通过小管道与第二总管(6)连接,所述的低温段(4)通过小管道与第三总管(7)连接,所述的第一总管(5)、第二总管(6)与第三总管(7)分别与余热回收装置(9)连接,所述的余热回收装置(9)上穿设有水管(12),所述的水管(12)一端设有水泵(11),另一端设有蒸汽出口(14),所述的蒸汽出口(14)与蒸汽泡(13)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型节能环保窑炉,其特征在于,所述的窑炉(1)两侧均设有弯管(15),所述的弯管(15)通过小管道与余热回收装置(9)连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型节能环保窑炉,其特征在于,所述的低温段(4)末端设有排烟口(8),所述的排烟口(8)通过管道与余热回收装置(9)连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型节能环保窑炉,其特征在于,所述的高温段(2)内的每个炉节均设有小管道与第一总管(5)连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型节能环保窑炉,其特征在于,所述的中温段(3)内的每个炉节均设有小管道与第二总管(6)连接。
