本实用新型涉及了一种防凝装置,尤其涉及到一种低温碳化炉废气排放管防凝装置。 
背景技术
碳纤维生产过程中,低温碳化炉的排焦系统至关重要。废气排放温度过低,废气中的焦油将会凝结于管道壁上,堵塞管道。目前国内大多数生产线采用电加热的方式对排放管进行加热防凝,这样需要消耗一定的电能,相应增加了生产成本。同时,如果废气排放温度控制过高,会引起废气中的焦油产生碳化效应,形成积炭同样堵塞排放管,影响生产。 
本实用新型涉及了一种防凝装置,尤其涉及到一种低温碳化炉废气排放管防凝装置,综合考虑能耗和最佳防凝温度控制的角度来设计。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的在于提供一种低温碳化炉废气排放管防凝装置。合理利用余热回收的方式降低能耗,通过合理的手段将废气排放温度控制在最佳温度,有效延长废气排放管清理时间,间接提高生产效率。 
本实用新型所述的低温碳化炉废气防凝装置,由废气管道、余热回收器、热偶、可调节阀门和循环风机组成;废气管道为一套管式管道,内管为低温碳化炉废气排放管,与低温碳化炉废气排放口连通;废气管道外管为热空气管道,热空气管道与余热回收器壳层相连,余热回收器壳层通过可调节阀门、循环风机与废气管道的热空气管道连通;废气管道的内管与废气焚烧炉连接,废气焚烧炉燃烧废气管与余热回收器的管程 连接,废气排放管热空气套管设一热偶。 
废气焚烧炉燃烧废气先经过余热回收器管程与壳层的空气换热,加热空气通过循环风机对低温炉废气排放管进行防凝保温,为了防止热空气温度过高,在废气排放管热空气套管加一热偶,并在热空气管上增加一个可以调节阀开度的新风补入口,补入一定量的空气进行防凝温度控制,使防凝温度控制在420℃-480℃。 
本实用新型有益效果: 
采用余热回收的方式起到了节能减耗的效果,同时合理的控制废气防凝温度,大大减少了焦油在废气管中的凝结量或碳化量,减少了停车清理频次,有效延长废气排放管使用时间,提高了生产效率。经实际应用清焦频次由15天提高至2月/次。

本实用新型所述的低温碳化炉废气防凝装置,由废气管道、余热回收器1、热偶3、可调节阀门2和循环风机4组成;废气管道为一套管式管道,内管为低温碳化炉废气排放管,与低温碳化炉废气排放口连通;废气管道外管为热空气管道,热空气管道与余热回收器1壳层相连,余热回收器1壳层通过可调节阀门2、循环风机4与废气管道的热空气管道连通;废气管道的内管与废气焚烧炉连接,废气焚烧炉燃烧废气管与余热回收器1的管程连接,废气排放管热空气套管设一热偶。

1.一种低温碳化炉废气防凝装置,由废气管道、余热回收器、热偶、可调节阀门和循环风机组成;其特征在于:废气管道为一套管式管道,内管为低温碳化炉废气排放管,与低温碳化炉废气排放口连通;废气管道外管为热空气管道,热空气管道与余热回收器壳层相连,余热回收器壳层通过可调节阀门、循环风机与废气管道的热空气管道连通;废气管道的内管与废气焚烧炉连接,废气焚烧炉燃烧废气管与余热回收器的管程连接,废气排放管热空气套管设一热偶。
