技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种机械加工夹具,具体涉及一种薄壁工件定心夹紧心轴。
背景技术
心轴,用来支承转动工件只承受弯矩而不传递扭矩,有些心轴转动,如铁路车辆的轴等,有些心轴则不转动,如支承滑轮的轴等。根据轴工作时是否转动,心轴又可分为转动心轴和固定心轴。其中心轴:只承受弯矩而不传递扭矩;转轴既承受弯矩又传递扭矩;传动轴只传递扭矩而不承受弯矩,或弯矩很小。在加工薄壁工件特别是薄壁管件时,由于工件本身的强度有限,不能从外部进行夹紧,从外部夹紧会造成工件的损坏。考虑到不能从外部夹紧,只能从内部采用弹性涨套进行夹持。但是,弹性涨套一般是用金属制造,在对工件进行内部夹紧时,极易划伤或是损坏工件,造成工件的加工不符合使用的要求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种薄壁工件定心夹紧心轴,通过结构上的调整能够对薄壁工件进行夹持和固定,并且不会在夹持的过程中损坏工件。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:薄壁工件定心夹紧心轴,包括支座,所述支座上固定有一个螺母,所述螺母中螺纹配合有轴杆,所述轴杆的一端设有与螺母配合的螺纹,所述轴杆的另一端设有转动轴杆的手柄,所述轴杆的中部设有一个挡板,所述挡板与螺母之间依次设有支撑圈、波纹套和挡圈,所述挡圈和螺母接触。

如图1所示,本实用新型薄壁工件定心夹紧心轴,包括支座,支座上固定有一个螺母1,螺母1中螺纹配合有轴杆2,轴杆2的一端设有与螺母配合的螺纹;轴杆2的另一端设有转动轴杆的手柄3,轴杆2的中部设有一个挡板4,挡板4与螺母1之间依次设有支撑圈5、波纹套6和挡圈7,挡圈7和螺母1接触。挡板4为圆形,挡板4的外径与支撑圈5的外径相同。该设置能够便于加工和使用。波纹套6上设有两层凸起的夹紧圈,波纹套6上夹紧圈的截面形状为梯形。梯形的截面使得波纹套与薄板工件的接触为面接触,增大了接触面积,进一步减小局部压强,防止工件8变形。
采用上述技术方案时,通过转动手柄3,带动轴杆2一并转动。由于轴杆2的一端是螺纹插入固定在支座上的螺母1中,导致轴杆2在转动的过程中发生轴向移动。当需要夹紧工件8时,驱动轴杆2向螺母1移动,位于轴杆2上的挡板4挤压支撑圈5,通过支撑圈5挤压与挡圈7之间波纹套6,使得波纹套6发生压缩,压缩后波纹套6均匀地径向扩张,将工件8定心并且从内向外夹紧。本实用新型结构简单,能够对工件8进行夹持和固定,并且不会在夹持的过程中损坏工件8。
