背景技术
目前应用广泛的2V铅酸蓄电池极板,厚度≤5mm,尺寸约275×155mm2,加极耳和工艺耳为330×155mm2,通常极板由自动化和膏涂片机涂片完成后由手工放到固化架上进行固化处理。固化架横梁上一般要有齿条,使极板放入时能够定位不至于粘连在一起。现有固化架中,齿条位于横梁上表面,极耳放在齿底部,齿条承重,易变形,固化架下方无托盘,废物掉落后难清理;而且齿条的齿顶部为平面,极耳摆放不方便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种稳定可靠,操作方便,利于环保的铅酸蓄电池极板固化架。
本实用新型的技术方案是:铅酸蓄电池极板固化架,包括支架、位于支架顶部的横梁和齿条,其改进之处是所述齿条固定在横梁的侧面,齿顶部高出横梁上表面,齿底部低于横梁上表面,齿顶部中间高,两端低,所述支架的下方设有活动式托盘。
所述托盘的侧边搁置在固化架下方的导轨上。
本实用新型中,齿条起到对极耳定位的作用,使极板摆放有特定间隔,不会粘连;由于齿条的齿底部低于横梁上表面,极耳搁置在横梁上,齿条不承重,不变形,而横梁有足够强度,所以固化架稳定可靠。齿条的齿顶部中间高、两端低,摆放极板时,极耳自动下滑定位,操作方便,提高工作效率。同时固化架下方设有活动式托盘,使用时铅膏等废物掉落后进入托盘,托盘可以滑动式抽出插入,便于废物收集清理,不会造成污染,有利于环境保护。

具体实施方式
参见附图,铅酸蓄电池极板固化架中,支架1的顶部设有横梁2和齿条3,齿条固定在横梁的侧面,齿条共四根,可同时供两组极板固化。齿条的齿顶部高出横梁上表面,齿底部低于横梁上表面,齿顶部两端有斜面倒角,或者齿顶部为弧形。支架的下方设有活动式托盘4,托盘的侧边搁置在固化架下方的导轨5上,可以方便地插入抽出。

1.一种铅酸蓄电池极板固化架,包括支架、位于支架顶部的横梁和齿条,其特征是所述齿条固定在横梁的侧面,齿顶部高出横梁上表面,齿底部低于横梁上表面,齿顶部中间高,两端低,所述支架的下方设有活动式托盘。
2.按权利要求1所述铅酸蓄电池极板固化架,其特征是所述托盘的侧边搁置在固化架下方的导轨上。
