本实用新型公开了一种电芯热平压装置,包括有支撑架,支撑架上固定有一平板,平板上滑动安装有一推板,所述的推板上方有气缸,气缸导杆上固定有电热板,所述的电热板正对着平板;所述支撑架的下端设有一底座,底座上固定有一环形电热板,所述的环形电热板紧贴在平板的下表面上。本实用新型结构设计简单合理,有推板可方便放置待处理的电芯,电芯两面都有电热板,保使其受热均匀,成型稳定。

本实用新型涉及一种电芯的处理装置,主要是一种电芯热平压装置。
背景技术
电池的形状有圆柱状的,也有方形结构的,但一般电芯初步制作成型后都是圆柱状的,而后才根据需要将圆柱状的制作成方形结构的,需要利用电芯热平压装置来将其压成方形结构。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种电芯热平压装置,其结构设计简单合理,有推板可方便放置待处理的电芯,电芯两面都有电热板,保使其受热均匀,成型稳定。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:
一种电芯热平压装置,包括有支撑架,所述的支撑架上固定有一平板,所述平板上滑动安装有一推板,所述的推板上方有气缸,气缸导杆上固定有电热板,所述的电热板正对着平板;所述支撑架的下端设有一底座,底座上固定有一环形电热板,所述的环形电热板紧贴在平板的下表面上。
所述的推板上安装有手柄。
本实用新型的操作方式是:
将待处理的电芯横向放置在推板上,推入到平板上气缸的下方,启动气缸,电热板下滑压制电芯。
本实用新型的优点是:
本实用新型结构设计简单合理,有推板可方便放置待处理的电芯,电芯两面都有电热板,保使其受热均匀,成型稳定。

参见图1,种电芯热平压装置,包括有支撑架1,所述的支撑架1上固定有一平板2,所述平板2上滑动安装有一推板3,所述的推板3上方有气缸4,气缸4导杆上固定有电热板5,所述的电热板5正对着平板2;所述支撑架1的下端设有一底座6,底座6上固定有一环形电热板7,所述的环形电热板7紧贴在平板2的下表面上。
所述的推板3上安装有手柄8。

1.一种电芯热平压装置,包括有支撑架,其特征在于:所述的支撑架上固定有一平板,所述平板上滑动安装有一推板,所述的推板上方有气缸,气缸导杆上固定有电热板,所述的电热板正对着平板;所述支撑架的下端设有一底座,底座上固定有一环形电热板,所述的环形电热板紧贴在平板的下表面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电芯热平压装置,其特征在于:所述的推板上安装有手柄。
