本实用新型涉及电化学领域,具体地说是一种铅酸电池余酸抽取装置。
背景技术
目前,在铅酸电池生产过程中,由于技术、工艺等原因,铅酸电池内的注酸量无法保证每个酸槽内酸液面完全一致,需要手工将多余的酸液抽出,以求各个酸槽内的液面一致,实际操作过程中,由于铅酸电池本身不透明设计,用单吸管抽酸往往要反复进行多次注酸、吸酸才能完成,生产效率底下,消耗大量人力物力。因此,设计一种能够方便的一次性将余酸抽出并保证各个酸槽内液面一致的装置显得迫在眉睫。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种铅酸电池余酸抽取装置,有效地解决了铅酸电池生产过程中余酸简单、快速抽取的难题。
本实用新型是这样实现的:定位螺丝一端固定在滑动板上,另一端穿过固定板并安装调节螺母,固定板与滑动板之间的定位螺丝上安装弹簧,吸管一端安装在固定板上,另一端穿过滑动板并可在滑动板上上下移动。
吸管成前三后三并排对称设计,上端连接抽酸设备,下端插入酸槽内。
本实用新型的有益效果是:结构简单,能够一次性将多个酸槽内的余酸抽出,并保持槽内酸液面一致,提高了生产效率,节约了生产成本。

具体实施方式
如图所示,定位螺丝1一端固定在滑动板5上,另一端穿过固定板3并安装调节螺母2,固定板3与滑动板5之间的定位螺丝1上安装弹簧4,吸管6一端安装在固定板3上,另一端穿过滑动板5并可在滑动板5上上下移动。
使用时,根据设定酸槽内酸液面的高度调节调节螺母2使滑动板5在固定螺丝1和弹簧4的作用下上升或下移,然后将吸管6插入酸槽内抽取多余的酸,可以一次性完成余酸抽取工作,生产效率提高8-10倍。

1.一种10-12AH铅酸电池余酸抽取装置,其特征在于,定位螺丝一端固定在滑动板上,另一端穿过固定板并安装调节螺母,固定板与滑动板之间的定位螺丝上安装弹簧,吸管一端安装在固定板上,另一端穿过滑动板并可在滑动板上上下移动。
