本实用新型涉及铅酸蓄电池,具体为一种蓄电池极板板栅固化干燥时的挂板定位装置,该定位装置由定位杆、定位燕尾槽、支架三部分组成,在板栅固化干燥用的支架边框上设有燕尾槽,在燕尾槽上放置定位杆,极板板栅挂于定位杆上。本设计操作简单,放置和提取方便,稳定可靠,可循环重复使用,适用于极板在挂板定位的场合,该定位装置既能提升极板固化效率和产品质量,又能降低成本和空间。

技术背景
目前国内多数铅酸蓄电池极板板栅在涂板后采用传统的挂板定位装置,结构较为复杂,极板排列致密,影响了极板固化的均匀性,极板定位性差,在搬运和运输过程中易脱落,因此,需要一种更加稳定可靠的定位装置,既能保证极板定位效果又具有很好的固化干燥效果的挂板定位装置。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决铅酸蓄电池极板在固化干燥挂板时的定位问题,提供一种挂板定位装置,该定位装置可以有效的解决极板挂板固化时的脱落问题,同时还能提升极板固化质量。 
为实现上述目的,采用的设计方案为:一种蓄电池极板板栅固化干燥时的挂板定位装置,包括支架,在板栅固化干燥用的支架边框上设有燕尾槽,在燕尾槽上放置定位杆。 
本实用新型的有益效果是: 
在燕尾槽上放置定位杆,操作简单,放置和提取方便,稳定可靠,可广泛适用于极板在挂板定位的场合,该定位装置可循环重复使用,既能提升极板固化效率和产品质量,又能降低成本和空间,且能保证挂板的可靠牢固性。

具体实施方式
定位装置,包括支架1,在支架1上有预置的燕尾槽2,使用时将极板板栅挂于定位杆上,定位杆3放置于燕尾槽2之内即可定位。
