背景技术
铅酸蓄电池作为当今最为成熟的二次电池,以其原材料资源丰富、生产工艺简单、使用安全可靠、废品可回收再利用等特点,越来越受到人们的青睐和重视。为了满足产品高功率、长寿命、绿色环保等新的要求,铅酸蓄电池制作工艺要求越来越高,生产成本要求越来越低,铅酸蓄电池制造过程中的成本,直接决定了铅酸蓄电池的生产利润。蓄电池生产中,极板涂膏后需放置在固化架上进行固化。现有固化架上放置极板的齿条是固定的,齿条间的间距不可调整。厂家生产不同规格的极板,因极板的长度各不相同,就要设计不同长度的固化架用于极板固化,这在一定程度上加大了成本的投入,造成电池制造成本的上升。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种使用方便,成本低,能满足各种型号电池的极板固化要求的蓄电池极板固化架。
本实用新型的技术方案是:蓄电池极板固化架,包括支架和位于支架边框上的齿条,其改进之处是所述齿条与支架边框成活动配合,齿条平行搁置在边框上的任意位置。
所述齿条的两端设有限位槽,限位槽与边框相吻合。
采用本实用新型的技术方案,由于齿条与边框成活动配合,齿条间的间距可任意调整,齿条两端设有与边框相吻合的限位槽,进一步保证了齿条搁置在边框上的稳固性和平行要求,从而一个固化架便可适用于不同长度极板的固化需要,降低了生产成本,而且齿条调整起来方便快捷,有利于提高生产效率。

参见附图,齿条1的两端设有开口向下的限位槽,该位槽与支架边框2相吻合,齿条1通过限位槽与边框2成活动配合。齿条1成对设置,相互平行,其间距根据极板长度随意调整。
