本实用新型涉及一种铅酸蓄电池铸焊夹具。
背景技术
目前使用的铅酸蓄电池铸焊工位采用的夹具的宽度普遍比蓄电池的汇流排宽1mm,铸焊时使用人工将负极极耳弯曲实现焊接,但是由于员工操作的不可控性,往往在弯曲时弯曲过度,产生较大的应力,刺破隔板,造成短路,这在铸焊的工厂所生产电池产品退货中占据很大比例,甚至达到50%之多,极大了提高了生产成本。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种铅酸蓄电池铸焊夹具,操作方便,焊接效率高,能够避免因弯曲负极极耳造成的负极处隔板短路,降低电池的退货率。
为解决上述现有的技术问题,本实用新型采用如下方案:一种铅酸蓄电池铸焊夹具,包括夹具主体、与夹具主体连接的压紧机构,所述夹具主体的两侧设有与压紧机构对应的侧板,所述夹具主体的中央设有焊接板,所述焊接板上设有负极焊接槽。
作为优选,所述焊接板上设有正极焊接槽。保证了正极汇流排入槽的可靠性。

本实用新型采用上述技术方案提供一种铅酸蓄电池铸焊夹具,操作方便,焊接效率高,避免了因弯曲负极极耳造成的负极处隔板短路,降低了电池的退货率。

如图1所示,一种铅酸蓄电池铸焊夹具,包括夹具主体1、与夹具主体1连接的压紧机构2,所述夹具主体1的两侧设有与压紧机构2对应的侧板11,所述夹具主体1的中央设有焊接板12,所述焊接板12上设有负极焊接槽3。所述焊接板12上设有正极焊接槽4。侧板11与焊接板12的距离缩短了1mm,实现了极群的整体压缩,不需要操作工进行手动弯曲边负极极耳,极群直接装入夹具实现铸焊,大大降低负极应力,有效避免因弯曲负极极耳造成的负极处隔板短路,降低了电池的退货率。

1.一种铅酸蓄电池铸焊夹具,其特征在于:包括夹具主体(1)、与夹具主体(1)连接的压紧机构(2),所述夹具主体(1)的两侧设有与压紧机构(2)对应的侧板(11),所述夹具主体(1)的中央设有焊接板(12),所述焊接板(12)上设有负极焊接槽(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铅酸蓄电池铸焊夹具,其特征在于:所述焊接板(12)上设有正极焊接槽(4)。
