背景技术
目前,铅酸蓄电池极板与极板之间采用铸焊方式形成汇流排来连接,然后通过汇流排上的铅柱将单个电池进行串接,由于目前使用的极板上的极耳都是位于板栅上边框的中部位置,使得汇流排上的铅柱在铸焊时偏于汇流排的一边,这样铅柱与铅柱之间的连接,必定增加了浇注时的用铅量,成本高,而且铸焊麻烦,生产效率低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种用铅量小,成本低,生产效率高的铅酸蓄电池极板。
本实用新型的技术方案是,一种铅酸蓄电池极板,包括板栅和极耳,所述板栅上涂覆有铅膏,所述板栅包括上边框和栅格,所述极耳固定连接在板栅的上边框一端的端部处。
所述板栅还包括侧边框1-2和下边框1-3。
所述栅格由横筋和竖筋组成。
所述板栅的横筋和竖筋组成的单元格中具有加强筋。
采用上述结构后,由于所述所述极耳固定连接在板栅的上边框一端的端部处,这样汇流排在铸焊后也置于每个单元格的侧边,铅柱在汇流排的上表面,这样两个铅柱相连时能节省铅的用量,而且铸焊方便、生产效率高。

如图1、2、3、4所示,一种铅酸蓄电池极板,包括板栅1和极耳2,所述板栅1上涂覆有铅膏3,所述板栅1包括上边框1-1栅格1-4,所述极耳2 固定连接在板栅1的上边框1-1一端的端部处。
如图1、3所示,所述板栅还包括侧边框1-2和下边框1-3。
如图3所示,为了加强板栅1的强度,所述栅格1-4由横筋1-4-1和竖筋1-4-2组成,所述板栅1上还具有横筋1-4-1和竖筋1-4-2;当然,所述板栅1的横筋1-4-1和竖筋1-4-2组成的单元格中具有加强筋4。
