背景技术
在阀控密封铅酸蓄电池的生产中,特别是中小型铅酸蓄电池,一直都是通过模具铸焊的方式来制造的,在铸焊后采用手工搬动查看焊接质量,既费时又费力,而且在用手工搬动查看的同时可能导致蓄电池极群的损伤,存在质量隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种查看蓄电池铸焊效果的工装,360°方向查看蓄电池极群铸焊效果,提高工作效率,保证产品质量。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:该工装包括底座、转盘和固定座,底座上经轴承安装转盘,转盘的两端经内六角螺栓固定安装定位块,定位块上经销轴连接固定座,整体构成工装。
安装时,将工装固定在工作台上;使用时,将铸焊好的极群放在固定座内,通过转盘来360°旋转固定座,同时通过销轴纵向30°左右翻转固定座,查看铸焊效果。
本实用新型的优点是:结构简单,操作方便,蓄电池铸焊后使用该工装来操作查看铸焊质量,省时省力,工作效率高。

安装时,将工装固定在工作台上;使用时,将铸焊好的极群放在固定座4内,通过转盘2来360°旋转固定座4,同时通过销轴纵向30°左右翻转固定座4,查看铸焊效果。
