本实用新型涉及攻丝刀轴。
背景技术
传统攻丝如图2所示。丝锥(4)由钻夹头(5)夹持对工件进行攻螺纹,攻丝所需扭矩由钻夹头夹紧产生的摩擦力提供。当加工较大规格的螺纹,如M20以上螺纹时,钻夹头夹持就比较困难,并且钻夹头与动力头的安装连接方面也比较困难,故此时图(2)的方式就不合适了。一般采用如图3所示的方式。丝锥(4)装在刀轴(1)上,并用紧定螺钉(6)固定,攻丝扭矩依靠紧定螺钉产生的摩擦力来传递。此种方式在攻丝过程中,丝锥容易打滑产生乱牙。为了减少打滑,往往把紧定螺钉的紧固力尽量加大,久而久之紧定螺钉与丝锥接触处产生变形,当需要更换丝锥时,丝锥不易拿下来。另外,丝锥与刀轴的配合必有间隙,攻丝的质量相对有影响,对于精度要求较高的螺纹就不能使用。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题在于提供一种可靠安全的机用攻丝刀轴,其攻丝扭矩由弹簧夹头和刀轴的方芯共同提供,确保攻丝过程顺畅、不乱牙;更换丝锥方便快捷。
本实用新型解决所述技术问题的方案是:一种攻丝刀轴,包括刀轴(1)、丝锥(4),刀轴(1)内套装有丝锥(4),刀轴内装有与丝锥吻合的方芯;其特征在于,套装丝锥(4)的刀轴(1)尾部内孔为台形孔,套装丝锥(4)的刀轴(1)尾部内还套装有与台形孔相配套的台形弹簧夹头(2),弹簧夹头(2)最好为ER弹簧夹头,刀轴(1)的尾部外部和弹簧夹头(2)的尾部外部用弹簧夹头螺母(3)固定。由于刀轴内有与丝锥吻合的方芯,并做有与弹簧夹头配套的锥面,丝锥(4)通过弹簧夹头(2)和螺母(3)与刀轴(1)紧密相连,攻丝扭矩由弹簧夹头和刀轴的方芯联合传递。本实用新型用弹簧夹头夹紧,由弹簧夹头自动定心,螺纹加工的质量较高,而且也参与传递扭矩,并且还有刀轴上的方芯与丝锥上的方芯配合传递攻丝扭矩,确保了攻丝质量。
本实用新型具有定心精确、夹紧可靠、攻丝扭矩大、丝锥更换方便的特点。

一种攻丝刀轴,包括刀轴(1)、丝锥(4),刀轴(1)内套装有丝锥(4),刀轴内装有与丝锥吻合的方芯;其特征在于,套装丝锥(4)的刀轴(1)尾部内孔为台形孔,套装丝锥(4)的刀轴(1)尾部内还套装有与台形孔相配套的台形ER弹簧夹头(2),刀轴(1)的尾部外部和ER弹簧夹头(2)的尾部外部用弹簧夹头螺母(3)固定。由于刀轴内有与丝锥吻合的方芯,并做有与弹簧夹头配套的锥面,丝锥(4)通过弹簧夹头(2)和螺母(3)与刀轴(1)紧密相连,攻丝扭矩由弹簧夹头和刀轴的方芯联合传递。本实用新型用弹簧夹头夹紧,由弹簧夹头自动定心,螺纹加工的质量较高,而且也参与传递扭矩,并且还有刀轴上的方芯与丝锥上的方芯配合传递攻丝扭矩,确保了攻丝质量。
