一种防爆胎轮毂的防爆环，包括有内环1、支撑条2、中环3、外环4，内环1、中环3、外环4同轴同平面搁置，内环1与中环3为铝合金制成，内环1与中环3间相距一定距离，内环1与中环3对应的环面均开有间隔等距的16个凹槽，凹槽内卡设有支撑条2，支撑条2为钛合金制成的圆柱形结构，中环3外紧密包覆有外环4，外环4为等厚于中环3的橡胶制成，在车辆遇到瞬时巨大冲击时，虽未对轮胎造成破损，但会给对防爆环产生冲击，这样使得损坏最大的是对应位置的支撑条2，只需单独更换支撑条2即可，避免整个防爆环的损坏，从而节省了成本。
