本实用新型公开一种贯穿减速机的通轴式磁选机滚筒,包括筒体、端盖、主轴、磁系及减速机,其特征在于所述主轴贯穿筒体内,磁系紧固在主轴上,两个安装在主轴上的轴承支撑起筒体,实现筒体绕主轴运转而主轴固定不动,主轴贯穿死轴座、减速机、接手、轴承、便拆式轴承套、端盖、筒体、磁系、压盖,主轴穿过筒体的两端固定在死轴座上。本实用新型具有刚度好、运行平稳、节能降耗的特点,电能从 7.5KW 降至 5.0KW ,使用寿命延长至原来的 4 倍,噪声降低,大约在 75 分贝以下。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种磁选机滚筒,具体涉及一种贯穿减速机的通轴式磁选机滚筒,属于磁选机部件领域。
背景技术
传统磁选机滚筒的轴是磁选机重要部件,它承载磁系和磁滚筒的重量。轴和磁系是固为一体的,磁选机工作前,通过旋转轴来调节磁系的磁偏角后锁紧固定住。通常情况下轴不动,这个轴称为调节轴。磁滚筒由一根半轴连接一起围绕调节轴旋转,通称为半轴转。
  由于调节轴和半轴不是一个通轴,是两个轴。半轴可以转动,调节轴不动。显而易见半轴传动的型式存在缺陷。
(1) 调节轴和半轴结合点不是刚性连接。
(2)重力G使轴的挠度加大,使调节轴和半轴结合点处的轴承使用寿命降低。
(3)半轴承载着磁滚筒重力G转动,轴承使用寿命低而且功耗大。
上边所述的半轴传动形式弊端多多,随着社会的不断进步,已到了必须改变不可的程度。
为此,曾有厂家已经开始尝试用通轴取代半轴,通轴后的传动型式通常采用链条,也有采用皮带,因后者易打滑不被采用,前者的链条缺陷依然很多。
(1)此种传动噪声太大,是原来的3~4倍。
(2)链条经常需要涂油,长期使用油渍严重。 
(3)链条使用久会松弛,需要经常设专人调紧,操作相当麻烦。
(4)链条不耐用。据统计,严重时3个月就得更换一次。
(5)此种传动经实际验证电耗没能降低,原来使用多大的电机,现在还得多大,甚至还要增大。
采用通轴取代半轴后,选用链轮传动虽有优点但仍存在不足,有继续改进的必要。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术存在的不足,通过反复研究和大量试验筛选后提供一种结构简单、设计可靠、低噪声、环保、节能的贯穿减速机的通轴式磁选机滚筒。
为实现上述的目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:这种贯穿减速机的通轴式磁选机滚筒,包括筒体、端盖、主轴、磁系及减速机,其特征在于所述主轴贯穿筒体内,磁系紧固在主轴上,两个安装在主轴上的轴承支撑起筒体,实现筒体绕主轴运转而主轴固定不动,主轴贯穿死轴座、减速机、接手、轴承、便拆式轴承套、端盖、筒体、磁系、压盖,主轴穿过筒体的两端固定在死轴座上。
减速机为空心套式并且该空心套式设置有外露的接手。
所述外露的接手和端盖之间用紧固螺栓连接。 
由于筒体两端通过轴承将筒体支撑在主轴上,实现了筒体绕主轴旋转(主轴不动),主轴穿过筒体的两端被紧固在两个死轴座上,使得整个磁滚筒的重量全部由两个死轴座承担。
采用上述结构,主轴上的支撑筒体的两个轴承仅承担滚筒的重量,其特点是:轴承承载减轻,寿命提高。 
被主轴穿过内部的减速机,设计成了能穿过主轴的空心套式的减速机,该减速机只承载磁筒旋转扭矩,其特点是:磁筒转动起来噪声低、电耗小。
采用上述结构,减速机和磁滚筒上的端盖由十字滑块相连接,其特点是:可以调节不同心。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是。
⑴刚度好,运行平稳。
⑵磁滚筒不再承载磁系重力,只承载扭力。
⑶承载低了,电能消耗少了,由工业运行验证电能从7.5KW降至5.0KW。
⑷磁滚筒不需维修得时间长了,连续使用时间大致是原来的4倍。
⑸穿过减速机内部的通轴式磁选机滚筒其噪声低,大约在75分贝以下。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型给出的贯穿减速机的通轴式磁选机滚筒,包括筒体8、端盖7、主轴2、磁系9、轴承5,其中主轴2贯穿图示中的死轴座1、减速机3、接手4、轴承5、便拆式轴承套6、端盖7、筒体8、磁系9、压盖10,主轴2的两端固定在死轴座1上,筒体8两端通过轴承5将筒体8支撑在主轴2上,实现筒体8绕主轴2旋转(主轴2不动)。主轴2穿过筒体8,即整个磁选机滚筒的重量全部在两个死轴座1上,主轴2上的两个轴承5仅承担滚筒的重量,轴承受力减小,使用寿命提高,而且当轴承损坏时,磁系9也不会下落,增大了设备的可靠性,降低了工人的维修工作量。被主轴2穿过内部的减速机3,设计成能穿过主轴2的空心套式的减速机3,空心套和主轴2之间留有间隙,它转动起来与主轴2不刮碰。空心套是减速机3上的部件,因为要与磁滚筒联接,制做时参照磁选机型号不同选型配制就可以了。空心套是通过十字滑块与磁滚筒上的端盖相连接的,这种联接的好处是滑动联接有间隙,可以自动调心。

1.一种穿过减速机内部的通轴式磁选机滚筒,包括筒体(8)、端盖(7)、主轴(2)、磁系(9)、轴承(5),其中主轴(2)贯穿筒体内,磁系(9)紧固在主轴(2)上,两个安装在主轴(2)上的轴承(5)支撑起筒体(8),实现筒体(8)绕主轴(2)运转而主轴(2)固定不动,其特征在于所述的主轴(2)贯穿死轴座(1)、减速机(3)、接手(4)、轴承(5)、便拆式轴承套(6)、端盖(7)、筒体(8)、磁系(9)、压盖(10),主轴(2)的两端固定在死轴座(1)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种穿过减速机内部的通轴式磁选机滚筒,其特征在于减速机(3)为空心套式并且该空心套式设置有外露的接手(4)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种穿过减速机内部的通轴式磁选机滚筒,其特征是所述外露的接手(4)和端盖(7)之间用紧固螺栓(11)连接。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种穿过减速机内部的通轴式磁选机滚筒,其特征是所述减速机(3)和磁滚筒上的端盖(7)之间由十字滑块相连接。
