本实用新型涉及一种机械零件的加工方法，尤其是一种同时加工一组活塞环的滚轮构成的加工装置。
背景技术
  活塞环是发电机、发动机等设备中的重要零部件，它的质量直接影响到整台机器的功率、排放等重要质量特性。现有的活塞环是用金刚笔沿活塞环径向表面的齿形槽进行修复，这种休复方式不但费工费时，效率底下，而且修复的质量难以得到保证。砂轮的修复与活塞环的加工也无法同步进行。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种同时加工一组活塞环的滚轮构成的加工装置，解决生产及加工活塞环效率不高，质量不佳，修复与加工无法同步进行的状况。
本实用新型通过下述方案达到以上效果：
一种同时加工一组活塞环的滚轮，包括滚轮体，滚轮体轴向表面设有一组环形槽。
环形槽的个数与加工活塞环的个数对应。
一种同时加工一组活塞环的滚轮构成的加工装置，包括一组叠置的活塞环，活塞环侧面是磨床的砂轮，砂轮侧方设置有与砂轮轴向表面环形槽相配合的滚轮，滚轮为中空圆柱形。
本实用新型能有效解决活塞环的变形、断环现象，而且可批量进行生产，且精度高度一致。砂轮的修复与活塞环的加工可同步进行，有效的提高了生产能力，降低了生产成本，具有显著的经济效益。

具体实施方式
一种同时加工一组活塞环的滚轮，如图1所示，包括滚轮体，滚轮体轴向表面设有一组环形槽。环形槽的个数与加工活塞环的个数对应。
一种同时加工一组活塞环的滚轮构成的加工装置，如图2所示，包括一组叠置的活塞环，活塞环侧面是磨床的砂轮，砂轮侧方设置有与砂轮轴向表面环形槽相配合的滚轮，滚轮为中空圆柱形。
如图2所示，被加工的活塞环21和滚轮23沿砂轮22的径向设置，在使用时，砂轮22与滚轮23均沿各自轴线发生相向转动，砂轮22对加工工件进行加工，同时滚轮23对砂轮进行修复。本实用新型的加工工序简单，有效的提高了加工工件的精度和效率，实现了加工与修复的同步进行。

1.一种同时加工一组活塞环的滚轮，包括滚轮体，其特征在于：所述滚轮体轴向表面设有一组环形槽，所述环形槽的个数与加工活塞环的个数对应。
2.如权利要求1所述的同时加工一组活塞环的滚轮构成的加工装置，包括一组叠置的活塞环，活塞环侧面是磨床的砂轮，其特征在于：砂轮侧方设置有与砂轮轴向表面环形槽相配合的滚轮，滚轮为中空圆柱形。
