技术领域
本实用新型涉及后置式帘式安全气囊内部导气结构。
背景技术
现有的后置式帘式气囊一般有两种:一种是通过设在气袋内的橡胶软管来实现导气(即导气管)。这种导气方式在气囊起爆时对气帘各部区域的充气量一致性差,导致充入气帘各部区域的高温高压气体量不同,这样易造成气帘局部区域的缝纫线烧断同时也可能造成前后部展开时间不一致,从而降低保护效果。导气管与袋体的固定方式需要在袋体上缝纫多个用于固定橡胶软管的缝纫结构,这样就增加了气袋加工工序,使成本增加,气袋的一致性也很难保证,而且气囊起爆后由于袋体内充入高温高压气体,导气管及缝纫线过多使气袋有撕裂的风险。
另一种是采用布料缝纫形成导气结构,但现有的该种结构大多是某一车型气囊专用, 通用性差,且只是具有导气功能,无法实现对气袋各保护区域充气量的控制,导致气袋展开时各保护区域时间一致性差,影响气囊的保护效果。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是要提供一种气袋各区域充气一致性好,气袋各区域导气量可控,易于固定与缝纫的后置式帘式气囊导气结构。
本实用新型是这样实现的:
后置式帘式气囊导气结构,包括二块主片,在二块主片之间设有与主片重叠在一起的由长条状布料对折后缝纫形成的导气筒,二块主片之间位于导气筒外部位分别形成A腔、S腔和B腔,所述导气筒前端设有向上倾斜的发生器进气孔a,导气筒底部由前至后设有分别对应A腔、S腔和B腔的出气孔b、出气孔c和出气孔d,所述出气孔d位于导气筒的后端,所述出气孔b、出气孔c和出气孔d分别为为A腔、S腔和B腔的进气口,位于导气筒上边缘的缝纫线对应出气孔c后缘部位为倒三角形。
本实用新型的有益效果是:采用导气筒,易于固定与缝纫,当气体发生器起爆后,气体从进气孔a进入,通过出气孔b、出气孔c、出气孔d向气袋的A腔、S腔、B腔进行充气,这样,就可以通过改变三个孔的大小来控制进入各腔的进气量,通过导气筒缝纫线的倒三角部位来改变气体流动的方向,阻隔气体,调整气袋各部充气时间,使气袋各区域导气量可控,气袋各区域充气一致性好,保证气袋展开状态。本实用新型可根据不同的车型对导气结构出气孔和缝纫的位置、大小进行灵活变动,调整气囊各保护区域的展开形态及充气时间,使气囊达到最优的保护效果。

具体实施方式
如图所示,本实用新型包括由二块主片1构成的气袋,在二块主片1之间设有与主片1重叠在一起的由长条状布料对折后通过导气筒缝纫线201缝纫形成的导气筒2,导气筒2的上缘沿其长度方向设有多个定位孔202,用于缝纫时定位,保证气袋缝纫的一致性和可控性。二块主片1之间位于导气筒2外部位通过缝纫线3分别形成A腔、S腔和B腔,所述A腔为前腔体,所述S腔和B腔为后腔体,前腔体和后腔体之间隔开,所述导气筒2前端设有向外向上倾斜的发生器进气孔a,导气筒2底部由前至后设有分别对应A腔、S腔和B腔的出气孔b、出气孔c和出气孔d,所述出气孔d位于导气筒2的后端并向外朝向斜下方,所述出气孔b、出气孔c和出气孔d分别为A腔、S腔和B腔的进气口,位于导气筒2上边缘的缝纫线201对应出气孔c后缘部位为倒三角形。
当气体发生器起爆后,气体从进气孔a进入,通过出气孔b、出气孔c、出气孔d向气袋的A腔、S腔、B腔进行充气,这样就可以通过改变三个孔的大小来控制进入各腔的进气量。通过缝纫线201的倒三角部位来改变气体流动的方向,阻隔气体,使气袋流向遇到三角缝纫后转向出气孔c,增加出气孔c的气体流动,解决S腔在起爆过程中充气时间过慢的问题,以此来保证气袋在展开过程中各部分的展开形态和时间一致性。

1.一种后置式帘式气囊导气结构,包括由二块主片构成的气袋,其特征是:在二块主片之间设有与主片重叠在一起的由长条状布料对折后缝纫形成的导气筒,二块主片之间位于导气筒外部位分别形成A腔、S腔和B腔,所述导气筒前端设有向上倾斜的发生器进气孔a,导气筒底部由前至后设有分别对应A腔、S腔和B腔的出气孔b、出气孔c和出气孔d,所述出气孔d位于导气筒的后端,所述出气孔b、出气孔c和出气孔d分别为A腔、S腔和B腔的进气口,位于导气筒上边缘的缝纫线对应出气孔c后缘部位为倒三角形。
