本实用新型涉及一种玄武岩连续纤维生产用电熔炉,属于玄武岩纤维生产设备技术领域。
背景技术
玄武岩连续纤维拉丝生产电熔炉,脱胎于玻璃纤维坩埚炉,直接以天然的火山岩为原料,在1400~1500℃熔融后,通过铂铑合金拉丝漏板制成连续纤维,炉体由耐高温材料砌制而成。玻璃纤维坩埚炉采用 “球法拉丝”,以玻璃球为原料进行拉丝生产。玻璃球组分一致、熔化温度较低、成形区间长,是集熔融、均化、澄清、成形于一体的单一简单窑炉。原200孔玄武岩拉丝电熔炉窑炉出来的产品内含微小杂质,在拉丝过程中一些杂质易堵塞漏板小孔,且电熔炉的熔化部、澄清部、成形部其大小设置混乱,不能实现连续化生产。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对上述缺陷,目的在于提供一种提高产品质量、实现连续化生产的玄武岩连续纤维生产用电熔炉。
为此本实用新型采用的技术方案是:本实用新型包括依次排序设置的熔化部、澄清部和成形部,以及连通熔化部和澄清部的的通道一、连通澄清部和成形部的通道二,所述成形部设有拉丝漏板,所述通道一的设置高度低于通道二的设置高度,所述熔化部、澄清部和成形部为等宽的长方形布置,熔化部、澄清部、成形部三者长度比例为=2-2.2:1-1.1:2。

所述的熔化部和澄清部内均设有电极。
本实用新型的优点是:1)本实用新型将通道一的设置高度低于通道二的设置高度,其是基于以下考虑,玄武岩在熔化部经过熔化时其较大杂质会留在熔化部底部继续进行融化,而较小的杂质则会通过通道一进入澄清部,在重力作用下,杂质会向下运动,因此杂质不会从通道二进入成形部,因而确保了玄武岩纤维的成形质量;2)本实用新型将所述熔化部、成形部设置尺寸大于澄清部,其是因为在整个生产过程中,玄武岩或者及其流体在熔化部、成形部停留的时间较长,在澄清部停留的时间较短,因此通过合理的设置得出了所述的尺寸设置,同时因为在澄清部设置电极以保证熔体具备一定的温度,因此澄清部设置的尺寸也不宜过大,否则会造成电能耗的提高,提高生产成本。

本实用新型包括依次排序设置的熔化部1、澄清部2和成形部3,以及连通熔化部1和澄清部2的的通道一4、连通澄清部2和成形部3的通道二5,所述成形部3设有拉丝漏板6,所述通道一4的设置高度低于通道二5的设置高度,所述熔化部1、澄清部2和成形部3为等宽的长方形布置,熔化部1、澄清部2、成形部3三者长度比例为=2-2.2:1-1.1:2。
所述熔化部1、澄清部2、成形部3三者长度比例为=2.2:1:2。
所述的熔化部1内设有电极一7,澄清部2内均设有电极二8。
本实用新型电极一7产生的热量小于电极二8产生的热量,电极一7主要起到的作用是熔融玄武岩,电极二8的作用主要是弥补熔体在流通过程中损耗的热量,从而使熔体能保持在所要求的温度,确保拉丝的顺利进行。

1.玄武岩连续纤维生产用电熔炉,包括依次排序设置的熔化部、澄清部和成形部,以及连通熔化部和澄清部的的通道一、连通澄清部和成形部的通道二,所述成形部设有拉丝漏板,其特征在于,所述通道一的设置高度低于通道二的设置高度,所述熔化部、澄清部和成形部为等宽的长方形布置,熔化部、澄清部、成形部三者长度比例为=2-2.2:1-1.1:2。
