本实用新型涉及锂电池技术领域,具体涉及一种大圆柱锂电池,包括铝壳、电池芯包、上集流体、下集流体、盖板组件,其特征在于:所述铝壳内部是通过冷挤压技术一次成型的一端封闭一端开口的大空腔,大空腔内部设有电池芯包,电池芯包的上下两端分别设有上集流体和下集流体,所述上集流体的弯折部上方通过螺栓固定有盖板组件,所述盖板组件的边缘设有一圈台阶一,盖板组件的侧面设有防爆口,防爆口的上、下端面各开有一个向内凹陷的环状台阶二,每个台阶二处各密封设置有一个防爆膜。本实用新型结构简单,具有成本低、连接可靠、寿命长、密封和防爆效果好的优点。

背景技术
锂电池是绿色环保的新型储能元器件,具有绿色环保,能量密度大,使用寿命长,应用广泛等优点,在电子技术、电动汽车储能、汽车启动、军工、航天等新兴领域有着广泛应用。
目前,现行大圆柱锂电池的结构设计多为两头通的外壳两端焊接盖板,而且盖板与外壳激光焊接面积大,增加了产品整体成本。还有小部分是通过两边卷边的结构实现,但是这种锂电池上开设防爆口存在密封效果不良的问题,用这两种结构做锂电池都不是最理想的方案。
发明内容
本实用新型针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种大圆柱锂电池,具有结构简单、成本低、连接可靠、寿命长、密封和防爆效果好的优点。
本实用新型采用的主要技术方案是:一种大圆柱锂电池,包括铝壳、电池芯包、上集流体、下集流体、盖板组件,其特征在于:所述铝壳内部是通过冷挤压技术一次成型的一端封闭一端开口的大空腔,大空腔内部设有电池芯包,电池芯包的上下两端分别设有上集流体和下集流体,所述上集流体的弯折部上方通过螺栓固定有盖板组件,所述盖板组件的边缘设有一圈台阶一,盖板组件的侧面设有防爆口,防爆口的上、下端面各开有一个向内凹陷的环状台阶二,每个台阶二处各密封设置有一个防爆膜。
本实用新型还采用如下附属技术方案:
在上述锂电池中,所述铝壳的下端设有滚槽。
在上述锂电池中,所述下集流体位于滚槽和铝壳底部之间。
采用本实用新型带来的有益效果是:
1、双层防爆膜的设计:当有一层防爆膜破裂,另一层防爆膜仍然对锂电池起到密封作用,防止漏液和外部异物的进入。在锂电池内部压力超出内部压力标准的情况下,气体首先冲破下面的一层防爆膜,上层防爆膜和下层防爆膜之间的腔体压力瞬间增大,上层防爆膜随之被内部气体冲破,从而将锂电池内部气体泄漏出来,避免电池出现更大规模的损坏或爆炸,防爆效果好;
2、铝壳的下端设有滚槽,通过滚槽使得铝壳内部凸起将下集流体与铝壳底部紧密地配合在一起,防止在高温高压或强振动的恶劣情况下的下集流体与铝壳之间的结构出现松动和脱节从而使产品内阻明显上升,内阻的增大导致温度增加,容易造成爆炸并加速产品损坏,即减小了锂电池的内阻,寿命较长;
3、铝壳通过冷挤压技术一次成型形成一端封闭一端开口的大空腔,开口一端通过盖板组件的台阶一与开口口部配合,配合缝隙使用激光焊接,将整个锂电池进行了完全封闭,相比两端激光焊接的结构,封闭效果更佳,而且成本较低。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示,一种大圆柱锂电池,包括铝壳1、电池芯包2、上集流体3、下集流体4、盖板组件5,所述铝壳1内部是通过冷挤压技术一次成型的一端封闭一端开口的大空腔11,大空腔11内部设有电池芯包2,电池芯包的上下两端分别激光焊接有上集流体3和下集流体4,下集流体4的边缘向上翻起且内部与电池芯包2的底部紧贴并包裹住,下集流体4的边缘外部与铝壳1底部紧贴,铝壳1的下端设有滚槽12,且下集流体4位于滚槽12和铝壳1底部之间,通过滚槽12将下集流体4与铝壳1底部紧密地配合在一起,另外在上集流体3的弯折部上方设有通孔,螺栓6穿过通孔固定有盖板组件5,盖板组件5由主盖板51、绝缘圈52、极柱53和垫块54组成,主盖板51的中心设有一体式注塑成型的绝缘圈52将主盖板51中心四周包裹住,极柱53穿过绝缘圈52,垫块54套入极柱53并与绝缘圈52的上表面贴合固定,所述盖板组件5的边缘设有一圈台阶一7,盖板组件5的侧面设有防爆口8,防爆口8的上、下端面各开有一个向内凹陷的环状台阶二9,每个台阶二9处各密封设置有一个防爆膜10。

1.一种大圆柱锂电池,包括铝壳(1)、电池芯包(2)、上集流体(3)、下集流体(4)、盖板组件(5),其特征在于:所述铝壳(1)内部是通过冷挤压技术一次成型的一端封闭一端开口的大空腔(11),大空腔(11)内部设有电池芯包(2),电池芯包的上下两端分别设有上集流体(3)和下集流体(4),所述上集流体(3)的弯折部上方通过螺栓(6)固定有盖板组件(5),所述盖板组件(5)的边缘设有一圈台阶一(7),盖板组件(5)的侧面设有防爆口(8),防爆口(8)的上、下端面各开有一个向内凹陷的环状台阶二(9),每个台阶二(9)处各密封设置有一个防爆膜(10)。

3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种大圆柱锂电池,其特征在于:所述下集流体(4)位于滚槽(12)和铝壳(1)底部之间。
