Abstract

本实用新型涉及显示技术领域,具体公开了一种固定机构、背光模组及显示装置,所述固定机构包括背板以及连接在所述背板边缘的背板立边,所述背板立边的内侧设有走线槽,所述包括灯条、底反射片、光学膜材以及将所述灯条、底反射片和光学膜材组装在一起的所述固定机构,所述显示装置包括所述液晶模组。本实用新型的固定机构的背板立边连接在背板的边缘,解决了超大尺寸背板整体成型困难的问题,也解决了背板折弯边位置在整体成型时由于折弯而使背板边缘曲翘的问题,保证了背板的平整度,背板立边的内侧设有走线槽,灯条线材在背板立边的走线槽中走线,有效地减小了线材长度,解决了走线难度大和组装困难等问题,大大地提高了生产效率。

固定机构、背光模组及显示装置
技术领域
本实用新型涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种固定机构及具有该固定机构的背光模组及显示装置。
背景技术
随着液晶行业的发展和市场需求的提高,涉及到了超大尺寸液晶模组,为了达到高亮的特性,一般采用直下式设计,既LED灯条放置在光学膜片正下方进行发光。
如图1所示,现有技术中,由于背板尺寸大,背板边缘折弯后易变形,需要增加加强筋,即图1中凸包101,凸包1起到增加强度的作用,凸包1边的凹槽作为走线槽102,走线槽102用于灯线的走线,灯线布好后通过胶带进行固定。但是,此种方式由于凸包过多且尺寸过大,压合背板后极易出现背板曲翘的现象,平整度难以保证,灯条线材需要走在背板凸包内,且线材长度长,走线难度大,同时,背板冲凸包的价格比较贵且需要留出足够的走线空间。
实用新型内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本实用新型的目的是提供一种固定机构,以克服现有技术中由于背板增加了凸包且灯条线材在凸包边的走线槽走线,所造成的背板不平整,走线难度大,组装困难等问题。
(二)技术方案
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种固定机构,包括背板以及连接在所述背板边缘的背板立边,所述背板立边的内侧设有走线槽。
优选地,所述背板立边包括多个连接在一起的侧边立边。
优选地,所述背板立边包括与所述背板的四条边对应的四个侧边立边。
优选地,所述背板立边还包括连接在各侧边立边之间的四个连接立边。
优选地,所述固定机构还包括连接在所述背板的背面的多个条状立边。
优选地,所述固定机构的各部分通过铆接的方式连接在一起。
优选地,所述背板的边缘还设有多个出线口。
本实用新型还提供了一种背光模组,包括灯条、底反射片和光学膜材,还包括所述固定机构,所述灯条、底反射片和光学膜材通过所述固定机构组装在一起。
优选地,所述灯条设在所述固定机构的背板上,所述底反射片设在所述灯条的上侧,所述光学膜材设在所述底反射片的上侧,所述液晶屏设在所述光学膜材的上侧。
本实用新型还提供了一种显示装置,包括所述背光模组。
(三)有益效果
本实用新型的固定机构的背板立边连接在背板的边缘,解决了超大尺寸背板整体成型困难的问题,也解决了背板折弯边位置在整体成型时由于折弯而使背板边缘曲翘的问题,保证了背板的平整度,背板立边的内侧设有走线槽,灯条线材在背板立边的走线槽中走线,有效地减小了线材长度,解决了走线难度大和组装困难等问题,大大地提高了生产效率。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型的实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本实用新型,但不能用来限制本实用新型的范围。
在本实用新型的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本实用新型和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本实用新型的限制。除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本实用新型中的具体含义。此外,在本实用新型的描述中,除非另有说明,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。
如图2-7所示,本实施例的固定机构包括:背板201、铆接在背板201边缘的背板立边、铆接在背板201背面的条状立边203。
背板201为矩形的平板状,本实施例中优选为与大尺寸液晶模组对应的大尺寸背板,背板201的边缘设有多个出线口205(如图3所示,出线口205为三个一组)。
所述背板立边向背板201的正面(或前面)凸起,其内侧(即朝向背板201中心的一侧)设有向下凹陷的走线槽223,所述背板立边的截面类似于横着的U字,走线槽223用于为灯条线材提供走线的空间,使背光模组可以直接在背板立边里完成灯线线材排布,不需要在背板上冲压凸包增加强度且提供走线槽,操作便利,使背光模组不用再在背板上走线,减小了线材的长度,解决了走线难度大和背光模组组装困难的问题。
所述背板立边可以包括多个铆接在一起的侧边立边,本实施例中所述背板立边包括与矩形背板201的四条边对应的四个侧边立边221,所述背板立边还包括铆接在各侧边立边221之间的四个连接立边222,四个侧边立边221和四个连接立边222铆接在一起形成了矩形框架状的背板立边。这种结构的背板立边由多段拼接而成且铆接在背板201的边缘,各段单独加工,最后铆接在一起,不是一体成型,在解决走线问题的同时也解决了超大尺寸背板整体成型困难以及整体成型时压合折弯边缘易出现曲翘等问题,保证了背板201具有较好的平整度。
条状立边204为多个,多个条状立边204在背板201的背面(或后面)平行且均匀排布(如图4所示),每个条状立边204上可以设有若干个条状的加强筋,条状立边204主要其加强作用。条状立边204与所述背板立边的组合可以为背板201提供很好的平坦度,因无加强筋强度且强度主要由背面的条状立边204来提供,四个弯折的侧边立边221和连接立边222铆接在平整背板201上不会造成整体弯折及带来背板201曲翘。
本实施例中的铆接也可以改变为螺钉连接或其它类似的连接方式,其只要可以将固定机构的各部分按要求连接在一起即可。
如图8所示,本实用新型还提供了一种背光模组,所述背光模组包括:灯条301、底反射片303和光学膜材304;灯条301为LED灯条,其设在所述固定机构的背板201上,灯条301的灯条接线端子302为多个,位于背板201的边缘附近(如图3所示,位于出线口205两侧),底反射片303设在灯条301的上侧,底反射片303的边缘斜搭在侧边立边221的上部,光学膜材304设在底反射片303的上侧,光学膜材304的边缘搭在侧边立边221的上端。
如图8所示,本实用新型还提供了一种显示装置,所述显示装置包括:液晶模组,所述液晶模组包括:液晶屏401和上述背光模组。
固定机构的背板立边的外侧还设有胶框501和铁框502,液晶屏401设在光学膜材304的上侧,液晶屏401的边缘搭在胶框501的上端;灯条301发光时,沿着底反射片303将整个液晶屏401点亮,固定机构的背板立边不会增大整个背光模组外边框厚度,复合了窄边框的设计要求,并且由于直下式背光模组混光高度较大,即从背板201底面到胶框501的距离也较远,现有技术中的背光模组则不具备本实用新型的这种结构。
灯条301的灯条接线端子302的接线及走线如图8中箭头方向所示,从灯条接线端子302至固定机构的背板立边的走线槽223。
本实用新型的固定机构的背板立边连接在背板的边缘,解决了超大尺寸背板整体成型困难的问题,也解决了背板折弯边位置在整体成型时由于折弯而使背板边缘曲翘的问题,保证了背板的平整度,背板立边的内侧设有走线槽,灯条线材在背板立边的走线槽中走线,有效地减小了线材长度,解决了走线难度大和组装困难等问题,大大地提高了生产效率。

1.一种固定机构,其特征在于,包括背板以及连接在所述背板边缘的背板立边,所述背板立边的内侧设有走线槽。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的固定机构,其特征在于,所述背板立边包括多个连接在一起的侧边立边。 
3.根据权利要求2所述的固定机构,其特征在于,所述背板立边包括与所述背板的四条边对应的四个侧边立边。 
4.根据权利要求3所述的固定机构,其特征在于,所述背板立边还包括连接在各侧边立边之间的四个连接立边。 
5.根据权利要求1所述的固定机构,其特征在于,所述固定机构还包括连接在所述背板的背面的多个条状立边。 
6.根据权利要求1-5中任何一项所述的固定机构,其特征在于,所述固定机构的各部分通过铆接的方式连接在一起。 
7.根据权利要求1所述的固定机构,其特征在于,所述背板的边缘还设有多个出线口。 
8.一种背光模组,包括灯条、底反射片和光学膜材,其特征在于,还包括权利要求1-7任何一项所述的固定机构,所述灯条、底反射片和光学膜材通过所述固定机构组装在一起。 
9.根据权利要求8所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述灯条设在所述固定机构的背板上,所述底反射片设在所述灯条的上侧,所述光学膜材设在所述底反射片的上侧。 
10.一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括权利要求9所述的背光模组。
