本实用新型公开一种汽车转向杆压铸模具潜入式型芯,它是由铸件、主抽芯、潜入式型芯组成;制作过程是:在汽车转向杆的压铸件模具设计基础上,在分型面以下主抽芯模具侧边滑块上设计一个潜入式型芯,潜入式型芯的滑块运动方向与主抽芯滑块保持一致。使用本实用新型能很好解决铸件的局部壁厚问题,使该局部壁厚14mm下降到6.5mm,热节效应大大降低,从而减少了内部气孔产生和疏松的概率,提高产品合格率。

背景技术:
由于汽车功能设计,在汽车转向杆的压铸模具的设计中,铸件两端的安装部分要求呈现立体交叉的形态,由于模具的分型面因不能兼顾多处,给压铸模的设计造成相当大的困难,通常在结构上用增加局部切削加工余量来给铸件赋形,有的加工余量最大处达到8mm,铸件的局部壁厚达到14mm;这样铸件该处就形成一个热节,在整个铸造过程中最终冷凝,从而在其心部出现大量的气孔、疏松和缩孔,切削加工后常暴露在加工表面上,使产品质量下降,即使采用冷焊的方法处理也很难提高其外观质量。 
本实用新型提供了一种汽车转向杆压铸模具潜入式型芯,增加这种潜入式型芯后,能很好解决铸件的局部壁厚问题,使该局部壁厚14mm下降到6.5mm,热节效应大大降低,从而减少了内部气孔产生和疏松的概率,提高产品合格率。 
发明内容
一种汽车转向杆压铸模具潜入式型芯是由铸件、主抽芯、潜入式型芯组成;所述的铸件上设有主抽芯,在主抽芯侧边滑块上设计一个潜入式型芯,潜入式型芯的滑块运动方向与主抽芯滑块保持一致。 
本实用新型的有益效果:由于潜入式型芯的滑块运动的方向与主型芯的滑块是一致的,故可以在同一滑块上形成两个不同形态的抽拔,达到了很好的效果。使用这种潜入式型芯,可以减少此位置的切削余量,大大降低了铸件内部产生的铸造缺陷,缩短了机加工时间,同时也提高压铸件的合格率。

如图1、2所示,一种汽车转向杆压铸模具潜入式型芯由铸件1、主抽芯2、潜入式型芯3组成;制作过程是:在汽车转向杆的压铸件1模具设计基础上,在主抽芯2模具侧边滑块上设计一个潜入式型芯3,潜入式型芯3的滑块运动方向与主抽芯2滑块保持一致。
