本实用新型公开了一种节流截止阀，包括阀体、阀座、阀芯、阀杆、节流套和阀盖，阀座和节流套设在阀体的阀腔内，阀座由节流套压紧固定，节流套由阀盖压紧固定，阀盖固定连接在阀体顶部，所述阀芯在节流套的内孔作上下活动设置，阀芯以上部分由节流套的内孔和阀盖的底面围出密封腔，阀芯顶端与阀杆连接，其特征在于：所述阀芯由可上下相对活动的上部活塞体和下部圆锥体组成，活塞体和圆锥体相互独立设置，圆锥体的锥顶朝下对着阀座，圆锥体的上端面设有导向杆伸入到活塞体下端面设有的弹簧孔内，弹簧孔内设有压缩弹簧，活塞体设有平衡孔将弹簧孔与密封腔导通。本实用新型同时具备截止、节流、止回及平衡等多功能。

本实用新型涉及的是一种节流截止阀的改进发明。 
背景技术
现有技术中，节流截止阀只具备截止和节流功能，该种阀门在启闭动作时不具备缓冲功能，也不具备止回功能。而在一些特殊工作场合需要阀门同时具备上述功能，这样就可使整个管道的阀门设置变得简单，同时也降低成本便于维护。
发明内容
鉴于目前公知技术存在的问题，本实用新型要解决的技术问题是在于提供一种同时具备截止、节流、止回及平衡等多功能的节流截止阀。 
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实施的： 
一种节流截止阀，包括阀体、阀座、阀芯、阀杆、节流套和阀盖，阀座和节流套设在阀体的阀腔内，阀座由节流套压紧固定，节流套由阀盖压紧固定，阀盖固定连接在阀体顶部，所述阀芯在节流套的内孔作上下活动设置，阀芯以上部分由节流套的内孔和阀盖的底面围出密封腔，阀芯顶端与阀杆连接，其特征在于：所述阀芯由可上下相对活动的上部活塞体和下部圆锥体组成，活塞体和圆锥体相互独立设置，圆锥体的锥顶朝下对着阀座，圆锥体的上端面设有导向杆伸入到活塞体下端面设有的弹簧孔内，弹簧孔内设有压缩弹簧，活塞体设有平衡孔将弹簧孔与密封腔导通。所述阀体为直角型阀体，进口位于阀体底部，出口位于阀体左侧或右侧。
采用上述技术方案后，本实用新型同时具备截止、节流、止回及平衡等多功能，工作原理是：1.截止功能，阀芯向下动作到底即实现阀门关闭，向上则为打开，实现截止功能；2. 节流功能，阀芯开启时圆锥体的锥顶设计使流道面积慢慢变化实现阀门打开的节流调节，实现节流功能；3. 平衡功能，当阀杆上提一定高度范围内，阀芯的活塞体随之上提，而圆锥体在弹簧力作用下依然不动使阀门处于关闭状态，只有当进口介质压力达到一定值时，圆锥体才压缩弹簧进行慢慢打开，起到缓冲打开的平衡功能，在阀门关闭时，介质会通过活塞体和圆锥体的结合面进入弹簧孔后进入密封腔，使阀门关闭省力，同时首先是圆锥体与阀座轻微接触，然后随着阀杆的下移活塞体才慢慢将圆锥体进行压紧，避免了冲击，起到缓冲关闭的平衡功能；4. 止回功能，在阀门开启状态下，万一出现进口介质压力偏低或压力消失的情况，那么圆锥体在弹簧力的作用下迅速向下将阀门的进口和出口进行遮断，从而起到自动止回功能。

具体实施方式
如图所示，本实用新型的一种节流截止阀，包括阀体12、阀座5、阀芯、阀杆7、节流套10和阀盖9，阀体12为直角型阀体，进口14位于阀体12底部，出口13位于阀体12右侧，阀座5和节流套10设在阀体12的阀腔内，阀座5由节流套10压紧固定，节流套10由阀盖9压紧固定，阀盖9通过螺栓固定连接在阀体12顶部，所述阀芯在节流套10的内孔作上下活动设置，阀芯以上部分由节流套10的内孔和阀盖9的底面围出密封腔8，阀芯顶端与阀杆7连接，所述阀芯由可上下相对活动的上部活塞体11和下部圆锥体6组成，活塞体11和圆锥体6相互独立设置，圆锥体6的锥顶朝下对着阀座5，圆锥体6的上端面设有导向杆3伸入到活塞体11下端面设有的弹簧孔2内，导向杆3外圆与弹簧孔2内圆之间留有径向间隙，弹簧孔2内设有压缩弹簧4，活塞体11设有平衡孔1将弹簧孔2与密封腔8导通。

1.一种节流截止阀，包括阀体、阀座、阀芯、阀杆、节流套和阀盖，阀座和节流套设在阀体的阀腔内，阀座由节流套压紧固定，节流套由阀盖压紧固定，阀盖固定连接在阀体顶部，所述阀芯在节流套的内孔作上下活动设置，阀芯以上部分由节流套的内孔和阀盖的底面围出密封腔，阀芯顶端与阀杆连接，其特征在于：所述阀芯由可上下相对活动的上部活塞体和下部圆锥体组成，活塞体和圆锥体相互独立设置，圆锥体的锥顶朝下对着阀座，圆锥体的上端面设有导向杆伸入到活塞体下端面设有的弹簧孔内，弹簧孔内设有压缩弹簧，活塞体设有平衡孔将弹簧孔与密封腔导通。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种节流截止阀，其特征在于：所述阀体为直角型阀体，进口位于阀体底部，出口位于阀体左侧或右侧。
