Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种多效蒸发系统蒸汽冷凝水热能再利用装置,包括依次连接的第一效蒸发单元、第二效蒸发单元和第三效蒸发单元,其中第一效蒸发单元连接蒸汽输入管,第三效蒸发单元与加料槽相连接,第三效蒸发单元的气相管连接到表面冷凝器,表面冷凝器上安装有真空泵,表面冷凝器与冷却塔形成冷却回路;第一效蒸发单元的蒸汽冷凝水管连接到锅炉房或预热器,第二效蒸发单元、第三效蒸发单元和表面冷凝器的蒸发冷凝液管连接到冷凝液收集槽,第二效蒸发单元的晶浆管连接到冷却结晶器。本实用新型的多效蒸发系统蒸汽冷凝水热能再利用装置具有结晶效率高、消耗热能少的优点。

背景技术
[0002] 蒸发结晶装置广泛应用于化工行业、有色金属行业、农药行业、食品行业、制药行业、氨法脱硫、矿山冶炼、钢厂、油田等行业的废水治理,通过对废水中晶体的回收将纯粹的环保治理、达标排放深化为环保治理、综合利用。将废水中的氯化铵、氯化钾、硫酸钠等结晶回收利用。
[0003] 而为了提高蒸汽的利用率,蒸发结晶装置一般都会采用多效串联的系统,例如三效蒸发结晶系统,在多效蒸发系统中,第一效加热器的热能一般会采用新鲜蒸汽,新鲜蒸汽在第一效加热器中换热后产生的蒸汽冷凝水的温度较高,通常能达到95°C以上,而且基本未受到系统中物料的污染,但传统的蒸发器技术可能会将新鲜蒸汽换热后产生的冷凝水随意排放,未得到充分利用。
发明内容
[0004] 发明目的:为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种能够有效利用第一效蒸汽冷凝水的多效蒸发系统蒸汽冷凝水热能再利用装置。
[0005] 技术方案:为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供的一种多效蒸发系统蒸汽冷凝水热能再利用装置,包括依次连接的第一效蒸发单元、第二效蒸发单元和第三效蒸发单元,所述第一效蒸发单元连接蒸汽输入管,所述第三效蒸发单元与加料槽相连接,所述第三效蒸发单元的气相管连接到表面冷凝器,所述表面冷凝器上安装有真空泵,所述表面冷凝器与冷却塔形成冷却回路;所述第二效蒸发单元、第三效蒸发单元和表面冷凝器的蒸发冷凝液管连接到冷凝液收集槽,所述第二效蒸发单元的晶浆管连接到冷却结晶器,所述冷却结晶器的输出端连接到离心机,所述离心机具有固盐输出端与母液管,所述母液管连接到母液槽,所述第一效蒸发单元的蒸汽冷凝水管连接到锅炉房或预热器。
[0006] 作为优选,为了将高温的蒸汽冷凝水及时排出,所述蒸汽冷凝水管上串联有热水栗。
[0007] 作为优选,为了提高物料的蒸发速度,所述第一效蒸发单元、第二效蒸发单元和第三效蒸发单元均为强制循环蒸发单元。
[0008] 使用时,生蒸汽在第一效蒸发单元中与物料换热后,其蒸汽冷凝水的温度高达95°C以上,这部分蒸汽冷凝水通过蒸汽冷凝水管送到锅炉房变成锅炉热水,或者到达预热器对物料进行预热处理。
[0009] 有益效果:本实用新型的多效蒸发系统蒸汽冷凝水热能再利用装置,充分考虑到第一效蒸发单元中经换热后产生的蒸汽冷凝水由于温度较高,通常会在95°C以上,同时蒸汽冷凝水基本没有污染,比较纯净的特性。将蒸汽冷凝水送到锅炉房转变成锅炉热水,使系统副产出热水,提高了蒸发结晶系统的经济效益。也可以将蒸汽冷凝水输送到一台预热器,作为预热器的热源,与需要蒸发的物料进行热交换,提高物料的温度,达到节省热能的目的。

[0011] 实施例:本实用新型提供的多效蒸发系统蒸汽冷凝水热能再利用装置的结构如图1所示,包括依次连接的第一效蒸发单元1、第二效蒸发单元2和第三效蒸发单元3,其设计首先通过采用多效装置的方式达到了节省蒸汽的目的,而且每一效蒸发单元内部均采用循环泵进行强制循环,使物料在系统中具有更快的流速和蒸发速度。
[0012] 其中第一效蒸发单元I连接蒸汽输入管,蒸汽依次通过第一效蒸发单元1、第二效蒸发单元2和第三效蒸发单元3的加热器后冷凝回收,温度依次降低。而第三效蒸发单元3与加料槽5连接,含硫酸钠的污水是依次通过第三效蒸发单元3、第二效蒸发单元2和第一效蒸发单元I进行蒸发的,与蒸汽输入的方向相反,温度依次升高。第三效蒸发单元3的气相管连接到表面冷凝器4,表面冷凝器4上安装有真空泵8,通过降低表面冷凝器4内的气压来降低被冷凝介质的沸点。表面冷凝器4与冷却塔7形成冷却回路,冷却塔7通入冷却循环水(CWS)。
[0013] 冷却结晶器11结晶后的母液输出到离心机9,离心机9利用高速旋转将固盐与母液分离,被分离后的母液进入母液槽10,然后被循环泵驱动,可以回到第二效蒸发单元2加热,也可以直接进入冷却结晶器11再次降温结晶吗,完成整个蒸发结晶的流程。
[0014] 第一效蒸发单元I中生蒸汽与物料换热后产生的95°C以上的蒸汽冷凝水,通过第一效蒸发单元I的蒸汽冷凝水管12和串联于其上的热水泵将其送到锅炉房,变成锅炉热水,成为蒸发结晶的副产品,由于该热水基本没有污染,具备比较纯净的特性,可直接作为其他生产工序中的原料或供热介质。也可以将蒸汽冷凝水送至预热器,作为预热器的热源,与需要蒸发的物料进行热交换,通过提高物料的温度来节省系统的生蒸汽用量。而第二效蒸发单元2、第三效蒸发单元3和表面冷凝器4的蒸发冷凝液管均连接到冷凝液收集槽6,将冷凝液收集并排出。

1.一种多效蒸发系统蒸汽冷凝水热能再利用装置,包括依次连接的第一效蒸发单元、第二效蒸发单元和第三效蒸发单元,所述第一效蒸发单元连接蒸汽输入管,所述第三效蒸发单元与加料槽相连接,所述第三效蒸发单元的气相管连接到表面冷凝器,所述表面冷凝器上安装有真空泵,所述表面冷凝器与冷却塔形成冷却回路;所述第二效蒸发单元、第三效蒸发单元和表面冷凝器的蒸发冷凝液管连接到冷凝液收集槽,所述第二效蒸发单元的晶浆管连接到冷却结晶器,所述冷却结晶器的输出端连接到离心机,所述离心机具有固盐输出端与母液管,所述母液管连接到母液槽,其特征在于:所述第一效蒸发单元的蒸汽冷凝水管连接到锅炉房或预热器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多效蒸发系统蒸汽冷凝水热能再利用装置,其特征在于:所述蒸汽冷凝水管上串联有热水泵。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多效蒸发系统蒸汽冷凝水热能再利用装置,其特征在于:所述第一效蒸发单元、第二效蒸发单元和第三效蒸发单元均为强制循环蒸发单元。
