Abstract
一种插接件插入检查器,能确认连接器的插接件卡定是否恰当,该连接器上并排设置多个插接件收容孔,该收容孔分别将电气连接插接件卡定在电气绝缘容器上,该插接件检查器还包括下列部件:与插接件插入方向相反,弹性接通的探头,检测该探头和插接件接触的第一检测器,在该插接件恰当卡定范围内和该探头接触的电极,以及检测该电极与该探头接触的第二检测器。
Description
在汽车装配、电器机器装配领域中,例如装配称之为导线配线的组合电线和附属在其上的连接器时,要把连接电线的插接件插入到塑料成形的多个插接件收容孔之中,并使其卡定。已有各种卡定检测器使用于该领域中,即将插接件插入收容孔后不被拔出来,从而确认是否确实卡定了;或者使用各种误插入检测器,在多个插接件收容孔中确认预定的插接件是否无误地插入在予定的孔内。
现有技术的缺点是即使在上述卡定检测器上确认插接件确实卡定在收容孔内,但若预定的插接件没有卡定在预定的孔内,那么想要修改也是非常困难的,因而在插接件卡定之前,有必要确认插接件相对于收容孔是否没有误插入。
本实用新型为解决上述的缺点而采取如下技术方案:
设置一个第二检测器,来检测用卡定工具是否确实把插接件卡定在恰当的范围内(例如后述的间隔c~b范围)、和一个在第二检测器检测之前,检测予定插接件是否插入予定的收容孔的第一检测器。更详细地说是设置一个在与插接件插入相反方向上弹性接通的探头1,和检测该探头与插接件2接触的第一检测器3,和在该插接件恰当的卡定范围内检测与该探头接触的电极4,和检测该电极与该探头接触的第二检测器。
本实用新型实施例中使用的检测器6在金属制的园筒左端(参照图1~3)装有用绝缘环7固定的电极园筒8和在电极园筒轴向外方用弹簧等弹性地接通并在轴向滑动的电极4。另外,上述金属制园筒右端设置一个从比园筒内径小的窗口突出的探头1,和在该探头左方延长的芯轴9,和设置在芯轴9与探头1之间,而外径比上述窗口大的凸缘10。凸缘10和用以引导芯轴9在轴向移动的轴承11之间设置有被压缩的弹簧,在轴向的外方(右方)与插接件插入方向相反的方向上对探头施以顶推力。如图1所示,芯轴9的左端与电极4的间隔保持为a,若探头1的右端按箭头F所示的插接件插入方向被压入时,则弹簧被压缩,a减小,最终将电极4压入电极园筒8内。另外,把插接件2卡定在收容孔12内的一般结构由图4、图5表示。插接件2在形成大致箱形的阴接头的底部设置有卡定孔,在插接件收容孔12的底面,在延长成片状梁形的弹性撞杆13的前端上设有卡定突起,该突起与卡定孔嵌合而卡定。该卡定突起卡定在上述卡定孔的边缘上,并在图5所示的箭头F方向移动时保持为不脱落的钩状结构。因而,若在箭头F方向上将力作用在插接件2上,因为不能用弹性撞杆来约束,所以在收容孔12的左窗部设置止动件14,来约束插接件在F方向的移动。如图4表示的那样,插接件2与收容孔左端的距离不能保持在b以下。又,如图5所示,插接件2的左端和收容孔左端的距离若在c以上,则被规定为插接件不被卡定。而插接件前端位于离收容孔12的左端的距离在c~b范围内,则插接件即被卡定恰当了。这个范围即后述的第二检测器的检测范围,无论是上述所谓塑料弹性撞杆13的插接件卡定机构,还是其他称之为金属弹性撞杆的卡定结构等等各种卡定机构的卡定检测中,这个范围都是可以通用的。
那么,通常由于连接器的多数插接件收容孔都是平行且并列设置,和这些收容孔的轴相对应地安装上述检测器6时,各探头1的前端,如图1所示,离收容孔左端的距离应安装成大于a+b而等于或小于a+c,因此,依图1至图3的次序,若插接件2按箭头F方向插进去,如图2所示,插接件2的前端接触探头1时,电源16通过压着插接件2的电线15输送电流,电流通过探头1,弹簧、轴承11和园筒而流向灯17,灯亮。此时,灯17等上述另件构成第一检测器3。即,由于灯17设置在预定插接件收容孔内,电源16分别设置在对应的预定插接件上,即使不是予定的插接件接触图2的探头1,灯17也不亮,所以根据灯17即第一检测器3的检测信号就可以来确认插接件插入是否正确。然后,若插接件2进一步插进去,则弹簧被压缩,插接件2的前端达到c~b的范围,如图3所示,a变为零,灯18亮。即,灯18的一根导线连接电极筒8,但由于用绝缘环7绝缘,灯不亮,但是当a变为零时,由于探头1接通电极4,供给电源电压,灯18亮,表示插接件卡定恰当。
如上详述,本实用新型的插接件插入检测器非常简单,并且能可靠容易地装配连接器,确实地检测出连接器的装配情况,最适于大量生产和自动装配。

Claims (1)
1、一种插接件插入检查器,能确认连接器的插接件卡定是否恰当,该连接器上并排设置多个插接件收容孔,该收容孔分别将电气连接插接件卡定在电气绝缘容器上,其特征是:该插接件检查器还包括下列另件:与插接件插入方向相反,弹性接通的探头1,检测该探头和插接件2接触的第一检测器3;在该插接件恰当卡定范围内和该探头接触的电极4和检测该电极与该探头接触的第二检测器5。
