Abstract
一种滴胶封装光伏彩钢瓦包括,彩钢瓦压型板,绝缘层,粘接层,太阳能电池片,太阳能电池片导电带,接线端子,透明树脂胶。彩钢压型板经过除尘,清洗去油污等工艺,再经过辊压冷弯成型,折弯成不同褶皱形状的彩钢瓦,在彩钢瓦压型板的褶皱面的凸面或凹面上装置有太阳能电池片,太阳能电池片材质为单晶硅、多晶硅电池片,电池片间隔安置于光伏彩钢瓦的凸面或凹面上。

技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型涉及光伏发电领域,具体涉及一种滴胶封装光伏彩钢瓦。
背景技术
[0002] 彩钢瓦是采用彩色涂层钢板,经辊压冷弯成各种波型的压型板,采钢瓦具有单位 重量轻、强度高、抗震性能好、施工快速、外形美观等优点,是良好的建筑材料和构件,它适 用于工业与民用建筑、仓库、特种建筑、大跨度钢结构房屋的屋面、墙面以及内外墙装饰等, 具有质轻、高强、色泽丰富、施工方便快捷、抗震、防火、防雨、寿命长、免维护等特点,随着科 技和社会的发展,彩钢瓦将逐步用于工业和民用建筑屋顶防雨遮阳及保温作用,现已被广 泛推广应用,但是目前还没有把彩钢瓦与太阳能电池相结合的应用技术。目前太阳能光伏 与建筑一体化应用,虽然技术和政策都已达到可以进入民用化时代,但是由于很多建筑物 均已建好,在原先设计中没有设计光伏组件安装的部位,加之现在光伏组件主要以层压工 艺生产,组件基板重,板面小,很难与现有屋顶面相结合,同时,采用现有工艺生产的光伏组 件,背板多用有机材料,在光伏组件报废后很难回收易造成二次污染。彩钢瓦由于重量轻, 强度高,面积大适合于屋面应用,有些设计彩钢瓦就是屋面构筑物,如能用彩钢瓦作为光伏 组件背板,生产一种太阳能光伏彩钢瓦,将进一步推广彩钢瓦和光伏发电的应用,如何解决 以上太阳能光伏组件与建筑一体化相适应问题及废旧太阳能光伏组件回收问题,是目前太 阳能光伏应用中亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
[0003] 为了解决太阳能光伏组件与建筑一体化相适应及废旧太阳能光伏组件回收再利 用问题,本实用新型提供一种滴胶封装光伏彩钢瓦。本实用新型为实现其目的所采取的技 术方案:一种滴胶封装光伏彩钢瓦包括,彩钢瓦压型板,绝缘层,粘接层,太阳能电池片,太 阳能电池片导电带,接线端子,透明树脂胶。彩钢压型板经过除尘,清洗去油污等工艺,再经 过辊压冷弯成型,折弯成不同褶皱形状的彩钢瓦,在彩钢瓦压型板的褶皱面的凸面或凹面 上装置有太阳能电池片,太阳能电池片材质为单晶硅、多晶硅电池片,电池片间隔安置于光 伏彩钢瓦的凸面或凹面上。
[0004] 在彩钢瓦的褶皱条形凹面或凸面的表面上喷涂绝缘漆,形成一薄层绝缘层。待绝 缘层干燥后,在绝缘层的上面均匀涂布一层光伏专用EVA胶,形成粘接层。在粘接层的上面 铺设太阳能电池片,每片太阳能电池片有正负极导电带相连,太阳能电池板放置粘接层上 后,停留30-60分钟时间,待粘接层固化。太阳能电池片固定后,在电池片的上面滴注透明 树脂胶,透明树脂胶的表面为一均匀水平面,将滴注胶的光伏彩钢瓦放置于真空箱中,进行 抽真空5-30分钟,逐渐恢复常压,取出光伏彩钢瓦。然后把滴注胶的光伏采光瓦放置于烘 箱中进行升温固化,形成完整的一片光伏彩钢瓦。在光伏彩钢瓦的导电带输出的一端安置 有接线端子,通过接线端子把光伏彩钢瓦发出的光伏电力输出至用电设备。
[0005] 优选的彩钢瓦压型板,其特征在于彩钢瓦压型板的褶皱面不少于两条,褶皱面为 凹凸相间,每条褶皱面的宽度l_20cm,凹面深度为0. 5-5cm。
[0006] 优选的透明树脂胶,其特征在于透明树脂胶为环氧树脂胶及透明环氧硅胶,透明 树脂胶的厚度为l_5mm。
[0007] 优选的透明树脂胶的固化,其特征在于优选的透明树脂胶的固化温度为 120-220°C,固化时间为30-120分钟。
[0008] 优选的彩钢瓦压型板,其特征在于彩钢瓦压型板的一个侧边有向内弯卷的凹槽, 另一边有向外的折边,每两块彩钢瓦的对应边的凹槽和折边可以相互咬合,防止漏渗雨水。

[0012] 本实用新型突破传统光伏组件的封装模式,实现安全环保、成本低廉与建筑物完 美结合,可以大大推进光伏与建筑一体化的应用范围,加速实现新能源替代战略,符合节能 减排的发展战略目标。

具体实施方式
[0016] 参见图1,本实用新型一种滴胶封装光伏彩钢瓦包括:彩钢瓦压型板1,绝缘层2, 粘接层3,太阳能电池片4,太阳能电池片导电带5,接线端子6,透明树脂胶7。彩钢瓦压型 板1经过除尘,清洗去油污等工艺,再辊压冷弯成型,折弯成不同褶皱形状的彩钢瓦,在彩 钢瓦的不少于两条褶皱条形表面上喷涂绝缘漆,形成一薄层绝缘层2。待绝缘层2干燥后, 在绝缘层2的上面均匀涂布一层光伏专用EVA胶,形成粘接层3。在粘接层3的上面铺设太 阳能电池片4,每片太阳能电池片4有正、负极太阳能电池片导电带5相连,太阳能电池板放 置粘接层3上后,停留30-60分钟时间,待粘接层3固化。太阳能电池片4固定后,在电池 片的上面滴注透明树脂胶7,透明树脂胶7的表面为一均匀水平面,将滴注胶的光伏彩钢瓦 放置于真空箱中,进行抽真空5-30分钟,逐渐恢复常压,取出太阳能彩钢瓦。然后把光伏采 光瓦放置于烘箱中进行升温固化,形成完整的一片光伏彩钢瓦。在光伏彩钢瓦的太阳能电 池片导电带5输出的一端安置有接线端子6,通过接线端子把6光伏彩钢瓦发出的光伏电力 输出至用电设备。
[0017] 所述的彩钢瓦压型板,其特征在于彩钢瓦压型板1的褶皱面不少于两条,褶皱面 为凹凸相间,每条褶皱面的宽度l-20cm,凹面深度为0. 5-5cm。
[0018] 所述的光伏彩钢瓦压型板,其特征在于太阳能电池片4为单晶硅、多晶硅电池片, 电池片间隔安置于光伏彩钢瓦的凸面或凹面上。
[0019] 所述的透明树脂胶,其特征在于透明树脂胶7为环氧树脂胶及透明环氧硅胶,透 明树脂胶7的厚度为01-5mm。

1. 一种滴胶封装光伏彩钢瓦,包括,彩钢瓦压型板,绝缘层,粘接层,太阳能电池片,太 阳能电池片导电带,接线端子,透明树脂胶;其特征在于彩钢压型板经过辊压冷弯成型,折 弯成不同褶皱形状的彩钢瓦,在彩钢瓦压型板的褶皱面的凸面或凹面上装置有太阳能电池 片,太阳能电池片材质为单晶硅、多晶硅电池片,电池片间隔安置于光伏彩钢瓦的凸面或凹 面上。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种滴胶封装光伏彩钢瓦,其特征在于所述的光伏彩钢瓦褶 皱条形凹面或凸面的表面上进行喷涂绝缘漆形成一薄层绝缘层,在绝缘层的上面均匀涂布 一层光伏专用EVA胶,形成粘接层,在粘接层的上面铺设太阳能电池片,每片太阳能电池片 有正负极导电带相连。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种滴胶封装光伏彩钢瓦,其特征在于所述的光伏彩钢瓦的 导电带输出的一端安置有接线端子,通过接线端子把光伏彩钢瓦发出的光伏电力输出至用 电设备。
4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种滴胶封装光伏彩钢瓦,其特征在于所述的彩钢瓦 压型板的褶皱面不少于两条,褶皱面为凹凸相间,每条褶皱面的宽度l-20cm,凹面深度为 0· 5_5cm〇
5. 根据权利要求1、2或3所述的一种滴胶封装光伏彩钢瓦,其特征在于所述的彩钢瓦 压型板的一个侧边有向内弯卷的凹槽,另一边有向外的折边,每两块彩钢瓦的对应边的凹 槽和折边可以相互咬合,防止漏渗雨水。
