为了克服现有的冷轧机运卷托盘易造成轧制油的浪费、支撑辊使用寿命短以及设备故障率高的不足,本实用新型提供了一种冷轧机运卷托盘。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种冷轧机运卷托盘,包括底座、辊架、支撑辊、轴承座、热敏传感器、报警器、接油池、隔板、集油桶和输油管,底座上设有辊架,辊架内设有支撑辊,支撑辊两端与轴承座连接,轴承座上设有热敏传感器,热敏传感器与报警器连接,底座下方设有接油池,底座与接油池之间设有隔板,接油池与集油桶通过输油管连接。

底座1上设有辊架2,辊架2内设有支撑辊3,支撑辊3两端与轴承座4连接,轴承座4上设有热敏传感器5,热敏传感器5与报警器6连接,当轴承座4在工作过程中温度过高时,报警器6会响起进行自动报警,从而降低设备的故障率,底座1下方设有接油池7,底座1与接油池7之间设有隔板8,隔板8上设有集油孔11,接油池7与集油桶9通过输油管10连接,输油管10上设有单向阀12,方便轧制油的收集并且进行回收再利用,支撑辊3由辊轴31与辊套32组成,辊套32设于辊轴31外部,增强了支撑辊3的承重性能,使用寿命长。这种冷轧机运卷托盘结构简单、紧凑并且合理,装配方便快捷,连接可靠,减少了设备的故障率,提高了生产效率,满足了支撑辊的综合机械性能,延长了运卷托盘的使用寿命,同时保证了轧制油的充分回收利用,减少了环境的污染,易于使用推广。
