    本实用新型涉及到自动灌装线上的手提袋自动供袋机，尤其是PP塑料手提袋的一种手提袋自动供袋机的取袋机构。
背景技术
PP塑料袋在包装行业应用很广泛。但是大量的PP塑料袋在运输、移动时由于相互摩擦会产生静电吸附，在手提袋自动供袋机袋库里挂很多袋子，而取袋机构每次只会取一个袋子，而这些袋子由于都在袋库里紧紧贴在一起，每次取袋时由于静电吸附取袋时有时会取两个或更多，导致取袋失败导致整条自动灌装线生产效率下降。在这种情况下一般都采用人工补偿的办法，这样增加了企业的用工成本，给这些灌装企业带来很大的损失。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种能去除PP塑料袋静电的自动供袋装置，在供袋机的袋库正对着PP塑料袋的下方（或四周）设置一个能去除静电的装置。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
一种手提袋自动供袋机的取袋机构，包括有铰接于供袋机机架上的取袋气缸，取袋气缸的活塞杆连接有吸盘；取袋气缸上方连接有调节气缸，调节气缸铰接于供袋机机架。
所述的取袋气缸套装于固定套内，所述的固定套铰接于供袋机机架上。
本实用新型离子除静电装置去除PP塑料袋在搬运或移动时所产生的静电，提高了自动供袋机的取袋成功率几乎达到100%，大大提高了生产效率，为灌装企业带来很大经济效益。

参见附图，一种手提袋自动供袋机的取袋机构，包括有铰接于供袋机机架1上的取袋气缸2，取袋气缸2的活塞杆连接有吸盘3；取袋气缸2上方连接有调节气缸4，调节气缸4铰接于供袋机机架1，取袋气缸2套装于固定套内，所述的固定套铰接于供袋机机架上。
手提袋自动供袋机的袋库中挂着很多PP塑料袋，当取袋组件开始取袋时，将取袋气缸伸出安装在气缸前端的吸盘吸住PP塑料袋的上方，然后取袋气缸收缩完成取袋。此时为了让PP塑料袋下方不被静电吸附此时除静电装置不停向袋库的取袋处送离子风。这样PP塑料袋就不会因为静电而吸附在一起。

1.一种手提袋自动供袋机的取袋机构，其特征在于，包括有铰接于供袋机机架上的取袋气缸，取袋气缸的活塞杆连接有吸盘；取袋气缸上方连接有调节气缸，调节气缸铰接于供袋机机架。
2.根据权利要求1所述的手提袋自动供袋机的取袋机构，其特征在于，所述的取袋气缸套装于固定套内，所述的固定套铰接于供袋机机架上。
