本实用新型涉及一种滤芯，尤其是一种液压油滤芯。
背景技术
滤芯是液压系统中不可或缺的易耗部件，液压系统运行时产生的磨损微粒及外来杂质随着液压油流经系统各部位，给系统带来极大危害。滤芯起到将磨损微粒及外来杂质等污染物过滤的作用，使液压油洁净度达到使用要求，保护系统及关键元件，延长零件及系统的使用寿命。
而滤芯结构的设计直接影响滤芯质量的优劣，不同的应用场合滤芯的安装形式也有所不同。滤芯端盖脱落是滤芯失效形式的表现之一，优越的结构不仅仅能提高滤芯的使用寿命，还能实现快速、便捷的更换安装，提高使用效率。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种粘结牢固、快捷安装的液压滤芯。
本实用新型包括上端盖、下端盖、提手，其中上端盖上设有定位卡片、粘结槽、固定槽，粘结槽和固定槽之间设有联通孔，下端盖与上端盖对应设有粘结槽，在上端盖与下端盖之间设有中管网和外护网，中管网和外护网之间设有玻璃纤维过滤层，它们通过粘结剂与上端盖和下端盖的粘结槽配合连接，提手设在上端盖上。
本实用新型的有益效果是粘结剂通过联通孔流到固定槽后使上端盖和过滤层及中管网、外护网凝固连成一体，滤芯在使用时上端盖和滤层及中管网、外护网不易脱落。上端盖设有定位卡片，滤芯安装到滤芯座时可通过旋转使定位卡片装配到滤芯座卡槽内，可实现快速更换滤芯，提高工作效率。

具体实施方式
如图所示，该实施例包括上端盖1、下端盖6、提手7，其中上端盖1上设有定位卡片8、粘结槽9、固定槽11，粘结槽9和固定槽11之间设有联通孔10、下端盖6与上端盖1对应设有粘结槽12，在上端盖1与下端盖6之间设有中管网3和外护网5，中管网3和外护网5之间设有玻璃纤维过滤层4，它们通过粘结剂2a与上端盖1的粘结槽9配合连接，通过粘结剂2b和下端盖6的粘结槽12配合连接，提手7设在上端盖1上。
所述中管网3及外护网5通过卷圆后点焊制成；玻璃纤维过滤层4通过滤芯折纸机折叠后粘结而成；
装配时将可流动的粘结剂2注入粘结槽9，粘结剂2a流经联通孔10进入固定槽11，再将中心管3、过滤层4和外护网5插入粘结槽9，粘结剂2a固化后上端盖1和中心管3、过滤层4和外护网5连接成一体。联通孔10和固定槽11内固化后的粘结剂2a相当于定位销，增强了连接强度，滤芯在使用时上端盖1和滤层4及中心网3、外护网5不易脱落。
装配时将可流动的粘结剂2b注入下端盖6的粘结槽12，再将与上端盖1连成一体的中心管3、过滤层4和外护网5插入粘结槽12，粘结剂2b固化后下端盖6与上端盖1、中心管3、过滤层4和外护网5连接成一体，滤芯制造完成。
所述上端盖1设有定位卡片8和提手7，滤芯安装到配套设备的滤芯座时可通过旋转使定位卡片8装配到滤芯座卡槽内，提手7用于提出和旋转滤芯，两者实现快速更换和定位滤芯，提高工作效率。

1. 一种液压油滤芯，包括上端盖、下端盖、提手，其特征在于：上端盖上设有定位卡片、粘结槽、固定槽，粘结槽和固定槽之间设有联通孔，下端盖与上端盖对应设有粘结槽，在上端盖与下端盖之间设有中管网和外护网，中管网和外护网之间设有玻璃纤维过滤层，它们通过粘结剂与上端盖和下端盖的粘结槽配合连接，提手设在上端盖上。
