Abstract
带高压破碎装置的输送机。提供了一种使用方便，加工效率高，可调节外形大小的带高压破碎装置的输送机。包括破碎装置，所述破碎装置包括破碎室、主气管、压缩罐和至少一组破碎管，所述破碎管通过所述主气管连接所述压缩罐，所述破碎室罩设于所述输送带上方，所述破碎管包括阀门、压力表、分流管和若干喷嘴，所述阀门设于所述分流管上、且靠近所述主气管一端，所述压力表设于所述分流管上，若干所述喷嘴设于所述分流管上。本实用新型在输送机上设置高压破碎装置，在输送整块片状的聚乙烯蜡的同时进行破碎作业，提高了生产效率。高压破碎装置设有至少一组粉碎管，有选择性的开启一组或多组粉碎管，实现产品外形大小的可调性。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及输送机领域，尤其涉及带高压破碎装置的输送机。
背景技术
目前在生产聚乙烯蜡行业，常见的聚乙烯蜡形态有片状和珠粒状，珠粒状可通过聚乙烯蜡专用成型塔制得、且大小均匀。而要制得片状的聚乙烯蜡，主要通过粉碎机将其粉碎，即将整块片状的聚乙烯蜡人工放置在粉碎机中，利用叶片将其打碎，再将聚乙烯蜡转移至输送机进行包装，这类粉碎机存在粉碎片状大小不均匀、粘刀、工作效率低、工作强度大等缺陷。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对以上问题，提供了一种使用方便，加工效率高，可调节外形大小的带高压破碎装置的输送机。
本实用新型的技术方案是：包括支架、输送带、挡板和导料口，所述输送带设于所述支架上，所述挡板设于所述输送带两侧，所述导料口呈扇形、设于所述输送带进料端，还包括破碎装置；
所述破碎装置包括破碎室、主气管、压缩罐和至少一组破碎管，所述破碎管通过所述主气管连接所述压缩罐，所述破碎室罩设于所述输送带上方；
所述破碎管包括阀门、压力表、分流管和若干喷嘴，所述阀门设于所述分流管上、且靠近所述主气管一端，所述压力表设于所述分流管上，若干所述喷嘴设于所述分流管上、且所述喷嘴穿设过所述破碎室。
所述喷嘴与所述破碎室连接处呈密封连接。
所述破碎室两侧面的底面与所述输送带的距离≥聚乙烯蜡的厚度。
本实用新型在输送机上设置高压破碎装置，在输送整块片状的聚乙烯蜡的同时进行破碎作业，破碎后沿着输送带进入打包工序，提高了生产效率。同时，高压破碎装置设有至少一组破碎管，可根据需要制得的聚乙烯蜡的外形的大小，有选择性的开启一组或多组粉碎管，真正意义上实现产品外形大小的可调性。

具体实施方案
本实用新型如图1所示，包括支架1、输送带2、挡板3和导料口4，所述输送带2设于所述支架1上，所述挡板3设于所述输送带2两侧，所述导料口4呈扇形、设于所述输送带2进料端，起导向作用；还包括用于破碎整块片状的聚乙烯蜡的破碎装置5；
所述破碎装置5包括破碎室51、主气管53、压缩罐54和至少一组破碎管52，所述破碎管51通过所述主气管53连接所述压缩罐54，所述破碎室51呈框状、罩设于所述输送带2上方，所述破碎室51两侧面的底面与所述输送带2的距离≥聚乙烯蜡的厚度；
所述破碎管52包括阀门522、压力表523、分流管524和若干喷嘴521，所述阀门522设于所述分流管524上、且靠近所述主气管53一端，用于控制所述分流管524开关以及进气流量的大小，所述压力表523设于所述分流管524上，用于监测所述分流管524的进气流量，若干所述喷嘴521等距设于所述分流管524上，所述喷嘴524穿设过所述破碎室51、且与所述破碎室51连接处呈密封连接，防止气流散出，影响破碎效果。

1.带高压破碎装置的输送机，包括支架、输送带、挡板和导料口，所述输送带设于所述支架上，所述挡板设于所述输送带两侧，所述导料口呈扇形、设于所述输送带进料端，其特征在于，还包括破碎装置；
所述破碎装置包括破碎室、主气管、压缩罐和至少一组破碎管，所述破碎管通过所述主气管连接所述压缩罐，所述破碎室罩设于所述输送带上方；
所述破碎管包括阀门、压力表、分流管和若干喷嘴，所述阀门设于所述分流管上、且靠近所述主气管一端，所述压力表设于所述分流管上，若干所述喷嘴设于所述分流管上、且所述喷嘴穿设过所述破碎室。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带高压破碎装置的输送机，其特征在于，所述喷嘴与所述破碎室连接处呈密封连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带高压破碎装置的输送机，其特征在于，所述破碎室两侧面的底面与所述输送带的距离≥聚乙烯蜡的厚度。
