本实用新型属于混流式水轮机主轴与转轮螺栓连接技术领域,尤其涉及混流式水轮机主轴与转轮螺栓连接的辅助设备。 
背景技术
水轮机主轴联轴螺栓是水轮发电机组重要联接部件,连接着水轮机主轴和转轮。在保证机组的正常稳定运行中起着极其重要的作用。如果联轴螺栓联接不可靠,被联接设备间存在间隙,必将会导致机组振动过大,影响机组的正常稳定运行。情况严重时将导致联轴螺栓断裂,主轴脱落,产生不可挽回的损失。因此,在拧紧螺栓过程中要特别注意,同一接合面各螺栓的紧力必须要一致,并要依次对称均匀拧紧,以免机件歪斜和螺栓承受紧力不均匀。 
大中型混流式水轮机的主轴与转轮的连接主要采用精制连接螺栓,螺栓杆的中部有一段精加工的圆柱面,它与法兰孔相配合,其间隙很小(一般为0.02-0.04mm),圆柱面同时承受轴向力和扭矩。螺栓拉紧方法一般为倒置方式(即螺栓液压拉伸器倒置着放),这样给螺栓拉紧工作带来了诸多不便。在拉紧螺栓时螺栓拉伸器需利用配重平衡块的方法倒置安装就位,螺栓拉伸器和平衡块重量约2吨,起吊螺栓拉伸器及平衡块吊点需要在转轮上冠内焊接多个吊点,每拉完一个螺栓需要换位时都需要3个2吨葫芦配合才能完成螺栓拉伸器的安装就位,由于每次只能拉紧一个螺栓,很难保持两个对称螺栓的拉紧度一致。在螺栓全部拉紧后需要割除吊点打磨,不仅增加工作人员的劳动强度,而且工作效率低,同时由于空间狭窄,在螺栓拉伸器移位时存在螺栓拉伸器倾倒伤人的危险。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构可靠稳定、制作和操作简便、减少大中型螺栓连接作业劳动强度、耗时短、安全的混流式水轮机主轴与转轮螺栓连接的辅助设备。 
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用以下技术方案: 
混流式水轮机主轴与转轮螺栓连接的辅助设备,主要由支架、托盘、起升装置、导向轮组成;托盘置于支架上面,起升装置安装在托盘底下,支架底部两端分别安装导向轮。 
支架采用角钢焊接而成。 
起升装置采用液压千斤顶。 
本实用新型的优点是: 
1、利用本实用新型可实现两个以上的螺栓同时拉伸作业。 
2、实现了在转轮上冠内部的有限空间内作业的灵活性和机动性。 
3、适合应用于混流式大中型水轮机、具备一定物理空间的螺栓拉伸作业场所。 
4、具有很高的强度和刚度以及整体稳定性,提高作业安全。 
5、制作和操作简便,成本低。

具体实施方式
下面结合图1对本实用新型的实施方式作详细说明。 
混流式水轮机主轴与转轮螺栓连接的辅助设备,主要由支架1、托盘3、起升装置2、导向轮4组成;托盘3置于支架1上面,起升装置2安装在托盘3底下,支架1底部两端分别安装导向轮4。 
支架1采用角钢焊接而成。 
起升装置2采用液压千斤顶。 
本实用新型的工作原理是:工作时,将本实用新型吊装入转轮上冠8内,将螺栓拉伸器5及螺母6放于托盘3上,通过人力推动,使本实用新型在转轮上冠8内部做回转运动,使螺栓拉伸器5及螺母6移动到待拉伸螺栓7垂直投影下方,通过起升装置2将托盘3起升至需求高度,再将螺栓拉伸器5和螺母6旋入待拉伸螺栓7,通过起升装置2将托盘3降落,即完成螺栓拉伸的辅助工作。
