背景技术
车桥加工是汽车行业的重要组成部分,车桥的加工效率直接影响重卡行业的发展,一个好的中驱主轴机构,不仅能提高加工效率,还能降低劳动强度。
车桥体积相对较大,传统驱动机构,驱动接触面积小,驱动力不足,上下料、装卡费时费力,结构复杂,故障率高,成本高,影响加工效率。
发明内容
为了解决上述存在的问题,本实用新型提供一种用于车桥加工的中驱主轴机构,此机构由中间驱动,提高了加工效率。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:主轴通过主轴轴承安装在床头箱里,主轴齿轮套在主轴上,与主轴固定;主轴齿轮、中间齿轮、过渡齿轮依次啮合,中间齿轮通过中间轴承安装支撑轴上,使中间齿轮和支撑轴产生相对转动,过渡齿轮键连接在花键套上,花键轴与花键套配合;在上述各齿轮中主轴齿轮最大。
本实用新型的工作过程如下:首先将工件固定在主轴里,然后伺服电机驱动的花键轴旋转,带动花键套、过渡齿轮、中间齿轮、主轴齿轮、主轴、工件依次旋转,完成中驱主轴功能。同时中驱主轴机构还可以沿着花键轴的轴向移动。
本实用新型的有益效果:中间驱动,两边不驱动,可实现工件的加工,解决驱动力不足的问题,降低主电机消耗的功率。提高了加工效率。

具体实施方式
主轴4通过主轴轴承2安装在床头箱1里,通过密封圈3密封。主轴齿轮5套在主轴上,与主轴固定;主轴齿轮、中间齿轮6、过渡齿轮8依次啮合,中间齿轮通过中间轴承11安装支撑轴7上,使中间齿轮和支撑轴产生相对转动,过渡齿轮键连接在花键套9上,花键轴10与花键套配合;在上述各齿轮中主轴齿轮最大。
本实用新型的工作过程如下:首先将工件固定在主轴里,然后启动伺服电机驱动花键轴旋转,带动花键套、过渡齿轮、中间齿轮、主轴齿轮、主轴、工件依次旋转,完成中驱主轴功能。同时中驱主轴机构还可以沿着花键轴的轴向移动。主轴转速可以用伺服电机来控制。
