Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种卷筒型湿纸巾分配器，包括由中轴、固定在中轴两端的端盖和贴附在两端盖边缘的外罩共同组成可容纳卷筒型湿纸巾的密闭空间，所述卷筒型湿纸巾活动套接在所述中轴上并可绕所述中轴自由转动；所述外罩上设置有抽取湿纸巾的出纸巾口，该出纸巾口上设置有方便开封或闭合的密封装置。本实用新型的卷筒型湿纸巾分配器能够与厕所现有的装置配合提供卷筒型的湿纸巾，同时也能应用于餐厅或家庭，使用户能够方便的抽拉出所需湿纸巾，使用后重新闭合密封装置可使卷筒型湿纸巾在不使用时处于密封包装之内。本实用新型通用性强、简单实用，便于推广。

Description

卷筒型湿纸巾分配器
技术领域
本实用新型涉及纸巾分配器，尤其涉及一种卷筒型湿纸巾分配器。本实用新型的卷筒型湿纸巾分配器适合在餐厅、办公室或家居等场合使用，尤其适合为卫生间提供湿厕纸。
背景技术
目前，卫生间使用的厕纸产品大多为卷筒型干性卫生纸。卷筒型干性卫生纸活动套接在纸巾分配器的横杆上，用户使用纸巾时从出纸巾口抽拉纸巾，卷筒卫生纸则同时以横杆为中心转动使用户抽拉出所需数量纸巾。然而干性厕纸的清洁度和舒适度不及湿纸巾。可是目前市面上的湿纸巾大多为方形包装，虽然便于携带，但是不适合与现有厕所的横杆相配合进行抽拉使用。
此外，目前市面上的多抽湿纸巾是一张一张交替重叠的方式，使用时，抽拉一张纸巾时会自动带出下一张，这样当需要较多湿纸巾的时候需要多次抽拉，不能根据实际情况一次性获取所需数量的纸巾，给使用者造成不便，而且在不使用时湿纸巾有部分暴露在外而受到污染。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种便于抽拉使用的卷筒型湿纸巾分配器。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型提供了一种卷筒型湿纸巾分配器，其特征在于包括：由中轴、固定在中轴两端的端盖和贴附在两端盖边缘的外罩共同组成的可容纳卷筒型湿纸巾的密闭空间，所述卷筒型湿纸巾活动套接在所述中轴上并可绕所述中轴自由转动；所述外罩上设置有抽取湿纸巾的出纸巾口，该出纸巾口上设置有方便开封或闭合的密封装置。
所述卷筒型湿纸巾包括卷纸筒芯和缠绕在该卷纸筒芯上的湿纸巾，所述湿纸巾间隔设置有方便分离的断点线。
所述中轴为具有轴孔的中空结构。
所述外罩采用柔性材料。
所述端盖的中心处设有与所述中轴轴孔适配的圆孔，所述端盖和中轴采用塑胶材料。
所述端盖的外边缘和所述圆孔的边缘处各具有一圈与所述端盖垂直的凸起，所述端盖外边缘的凸起与所述外罩密封连接，所述圆孔边缘的凸起与所述中轴的端部密封连接。
所述出纸巾口的边缘固定一避免抽出过量湿纸巾的夹纸装置。
所述夹纸装置具有一个十字形出口且采用塑料部件。
所述端盖为透明端盖，透明的所述端盖外侧设置有起装饰作用的端盖贴纸。
所述端盖贴纸上设置有用于观察所述卷筒型湿纸巾剩余用量的条形开口。
所述中轴及端盖采用PVC塑胶或PETG塑胶。
所述外罩采用镀铝复合膜。
本实用新型能够与厕所现有的装置配合提供卷筒型的湿纸巾，同时也能应用于餐厅或家庭，使用户能够方便的一次性抽拉出所需数量纸巾，使用后重新闭合密封装置使卷筒型湿纸巾在不使用时能够处于密封状态。本实用新型通用性强、简单实用，便于推广。

具体实施方式
为了使本实用新型的目的、技术方案、有益效果更加清楚明白，以下结合附图及实施例，对本实用新型做进一步详细说明。应当理解，此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释本实用新型，并不用于限定本实用新型。
以下结合具体实施例对本实用新型的实现进行详细描述：
本实用新型卷筒型湿纸巾分配器，包括由中轴2、固定在中轴2两端的端盖3和贴附在两端盖3边缘的外罩5共同组成的可容纳卷筒型湿纸巾1的密闭空间，所述卷筒型湿纸巾1活动套接在所述中轴2上并可绕所述中轴2自由转动。所述卷筒型湿纸巾1包括卷纸筒芯11和缠绕在该卷纸筒芯11上的湿纸巾12，所述卷纸筒芯11为中空的筒状结构，所述湿纸巾12根据使用要求间隔设置有方便分离的断点线（见图4）。
如图2、图3 所示，所述卷筒型湿纸巾1套接在中轴2上，中轴2的外径小于卷筒型湿纸巾1卷纸筒芯11的孔内径，这样可以使卷筒型湿纸巾1活动套接在中轴2上后能绕中轴2自由转动。所述中轴2为塑料或半硬塑料中轴。所述中轴2的两端固定连接有端盖3，端盖3的中心处设有与所述中轴2端部适配的圆孔31。所述端盖3的外边缘及所述圆孔31的边缘处各具有一圈与所述端盖3垂直的凸起32。所述端盖3为圆形端盖，可以理解，所述端盖3也可为其他形状，例如六边形。所述端盖3为透明的或是不透明的端盖。所述中轴2及端盖3采用塑胶材料，可以采用相同规格的塑胶材料，优选采用PVC塑胶或者PETG塑胶材料。这样可以使中轴2及端盖3具有很好的密封连接性能,此外还有重量轻、强度及韧性好、能防水防潮的特性。所述端盖3外侧设置有起装饰或标识作用的端盖贴纸4。端盖贴纸4黏贴在端盖3的外侧，可以遮挡端盖3本身带来的视觉生硬感，让整体的包装呈现柔和一致性。所述端盖贴纸4上设置有用于观察所述卷筒型湿纸巾1剩余量的条形开口41，如图5所示。所述端盖贴纸4采用镀铝复合膜或其它包装物料。
卷筒型湿纸巾1的外侧壁与所述外罩5的内壁面之间具有一定的空隙，使卷筒型湿纸巾1能够在密闭空间内绕所述中轴2自由转动。所述外罩5为两端开口的圆筒形。可以理解，所述外罩5也可采用其他形状，例如横截面为六面型的筒形。所述外罩5采用透明或不透明的柔性材料，如镀铝复合膜等。所述外罩5上还可设置有一个或多个产品的品牌、图案或图解说明等内容。
所述外罩5上设置有用于抽取湿纸巾的出纸巾口51，该出纸巾口51上设置有方便开封或闭合的密封装置52，该密封装置52采用密封胶贴，如图6所示，密封装置52也可采用其他用于密封的塑胶盖等。
作为一种可选择的实施方式，所述出纸口51上还可增设一夹纸装置53，如图7所示。该夹纸装置53具有一个十字形出口，当湿纸巾从十字形出口被抽出时，该十字形出口对湿纸巾穿过有适度的阻碍作用，即湿纸巾被夹紧穿过十字形出口，从而实现分配所需数量的湿纸巾。优选地，所述夹纸装置53是固定在所述出纸口51边缘的塑料部件，塑料部件的夹纸装置53的上表面安装覆盖有所述密封装置52。通过所述夹纸装置53，可以避免一次性抽出过量的湿纸巾。
所述端盖3外边缘的凸起32与所述外罩5密封连接，所述圆孔31边缘的凸起32与所述中轴2的端部密封连接。
本实用新型卷筒型湿纸巾分配器具体组装过程如下：
a、将其中一个端盖3与中轴2一端密封连接；
b、将卷筒型湿纸巾1从中轴2另一端套接在中轴2上；
c、将另一个端盖3与中轴2的另一端密封连接；
d、将外罩5与中轴2两端的端盖3进行密封连接；
e、在所述端盖3的外侧面上贴上端盖贴纸4，在出纸巾口51上安装密封装置52。
若卷筒型湿纸巾分配器还设置有夹纸装置时，组装过程的步骤e中在出纸巾口51上安装密封装置52之前，还具有在出纸巾口51边缘处安装夹纸装置53的步骤。至此，本实用新型卷筒型湿纸巾分配器的组装工作完成。本实用新型的卷筒型湿纸巾分配器为一次性用品。
所述中轴2可以根据使用场合的不同选用不同的结构，下面简述本实用新型的两种不同实施方式。
应用实施例1：所述中轴2采用具有轴孔的中空结构。中轴2的两端固定连接有端盖3，端盖3的中心处设有与所述中轴2轴孔适配的圆孔31。使用时，将本实用新型的卷筒型湿纸巾分配器通过中轴2的轴孔串设在外部横杆结构上，如图7所示，撕拉开密封装置52，抽拉出湿纸巾，抽拉时，湿纸巾相对中轴2转动，按照湿纸巾上的断点线截取需要的湿纸巾，使用后，重新闭合密封装置52。本实施方式适合与现有卫生间的横杆结构配合使用。
应用实施例2：所述中轴2为实心结构。中轴2的两端固定连接有端盖3。封合后，所述中轴2、端盖3及外罩5共同组成容纳卷筒型湿纸巾1的密封空间，卷筒型湿纸巾1能在密封空间内绕中轴2自由转动。所述端盖3选取适当的形状使其兼有支脚的功能，如图8所示，因此可以将本实用新型的卷筒型湿纸巾1放在任何需要使用的地方，使用时，撕拉开密封装置52，抽拉出湿纸巾，抽拉时，湿纸巾相对中轴2转动，按照湿纸巾上的断点线截取需要的湿纸巾，使用后，重新闭合密封装置52。本实施方式适合在餐厅、宾馆或家居等场合使用。

Claims (12)

1.一种卷筒型湿纸巾分配器，其特征在于包括：由中轴（2）、固定在中轴（2）两端的端盖（3）和贴附在两端盖（3）边缘的外罩（5）共同组成的可容纳卷筒型湿纸巾（1）的密闭空间，所述卷筒型湿纸巾（1）活动套接在所述中轴（2）上并可绕所述中轴（2）自由转动；所述外罩（5）上设置有抽取湿纸巾的出纸巾口（51），该出纸巾口（51）上设置有方便开封或闭合的密封装置（52）。
2.如权利要求1所述的卷筒型湿纸巾分配器，其特征在于：所述卷筒型湿纸巾（1）包括卷纸筒芯（11）和缠绕在该卷纸筒芯（11）上的湿纸巾（12），所述湿纸巾（12）间隔设置有方便分离的断点线。
3.如权利要求1所述的卷筒型湿纸巾分配器，其特征在于：所述中轴（2）为具有轴孔的中空结构。
4.如权利要求1所述的卷筒型湿纸巾分配器，其特征在于：所述外罩（5）采用柔性材料。
5.如权利要求1所述的卷筒型湿纸巾分配器，其特征在于：所述端盖（3）的中心处设有与所述中轴（2）轴孔适配的圆孔（31），所述端盖（3）和中轴（2）采用塑胶材料。
6.如权利要求5所述的卷筒型湿纸巾分配器，其特征在于：所述端盖（3）的外边缘和所述圆孔（31）的边缘处各具有一圈与所述端盖（3）垂直的凸起（32），所述端盖（3）外边缘的凸起（32）与所述外罩（5）密封连接，所述圆孔（31）边缘的凸起（32）与所述中轴（2）的端部密封连接。
7.如权利要求2所述的卷筒型湿纸巾分配器，其特征在于：所述出纸巾口（51）的边缘固定一避免抽出过量湿纸巾的夹纸装置（53）。
8.如权利要求7所述的卷筒型湿纸巾分配器，其特征在于：所述夹纸装置（53）具有一个十字形出口且采用塑料部件。
9.如权利要求1至8任一项所述的卷筒型湿纸巾分配器，其特征在于：所述端盖（3）为透明端盖，该透明端盖（3）外侧设置有起装饰或标识作用的端盖贴纸（4）。
10.如权利要求9所述的卷筒型湿纸巾分配器，其特征在于：所述端盖贴纸（4）上设置有用于观察所述卷筒型湿纸巾（1）剩余量的条形开口（41）。
11.如权利要求7所述的卷筒型湿纸巾分配器，其特征在于：所述中轴（2）及端盖（3）采用PVC塑胶或PETG塑胶。
12.如权利要求6所述的卷筒型湿纸巾分配器，其特征在于：所述外罩（5）采用镀铝复合膜。
