背景技术
目前，对一些机械加工的金属零部件生产出来后，需要进行检测，如汽车金属零部件，一般在检测固定时，基座位置不变，需要更换机构的上部分零件时，要松开锁紧螺钉，拆下零件，换上另一个零件时则还需用工具锁紧螺钉，操作费时、费力。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是：提供一种用于快速安装及拆卸的快换机构，它可高效地对检测部件进行安装或拆卸。
本实用新型的技术方案是：在上板下面的中垂线上设有快换螺栓，在下板上面的中垂线上通过轴承固定有快换螺母，快换螺母的水平向固定有握柄，在下板侧壁开有水平槽，握柄穿过水平槽并可在水平槽内做水平转动，在快换螺母与下板之间安装有回位弹簧，在下板下面固定有带限位槽的限位块，快换螺母下面设有限位销，限位销可在限位块的限位槽滑动。
本实用新型的有益效果是：使用该快换机构，只需轻转球型握柄至水平角度即松开上、下板，拿下上板零件，换上另一零件后，将握柄转回原来角度即是锁紧状态，操作简单，快速，省力。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步描述：
如图所示，1是上板、2是快换螺栓、3是快换螺母、4是上板定位套、5是下板定位销、6是轴承、7是下板、8是握柄、9是垫片、10是回位弹簧、11是限位块、12是限位销。
将下板7固定在检测设备的台板上，将检测件固定在上板1上，当检测时，将带有检测件的上板1与下板7对位，并转动握柄8，握柄8带动快换螺母3转动，快换螺母3与上板1上的快换螺栓2旋紧固定，实现对检测件的固定，当检测件检测完毕后，再反向转动握柄8，快换螺母3也反转，使快换螺母3与快换螺栓2分离，上板1与下板7也分离，达到快速撤换检测件目的。

1.一种用于快速安装及拆卸的快换机构，其特征是：在上板下面的中垂线上设有快换螺栓，在下板上面的中垂线上通过轴承固定有快换螺母，快换螺母的水平向固定有握柄，在下板侧壁开有水平槽，握柄穿过水平槽并可在水平槽内做水平转动，在快换螺母与下板之间安装有回位弹簧，在下板下面固定有带限位槽的限位块，快换螺母下面设有限位销，限位销可在限位块的限位槽滑动。
