技术背景:
轮毂生产线在线检测跳动设备定位方式为内撑中心孔配合方式,夹具中心需安装导向工装,避免产品定位偏差、磕伤产品或引发安全事故。 
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述问题,设计一种结构简单、成本低、实用性强的跳动仪导向工装。 
实现上述目的的技术方案是:设计一种45#钢材质的导向锥,中心有通孔表面粗糙度为Ra0.8;上端为正锥形角度为47°,表面粗糙度为Ra0.4;下端为倒锥形角度为30°,表面粗糙度为Ra0.8。 
本实用新型可以安装至在线跳动仪检测主轴上配合中心定位夹紧装置使用,适用于所有型号产品,具有制作成本低,耐磨性能高,使用和维修简单方便的优点。
