[0002] 我国是一个以燃煤为主要能源的国家,煤炭燃烧在为我们提供热源和动力的同时,也带来了严重的颗粒物污染,在细颗粒物的来源中,燃煤锅炉排放占有很大一部分,特别是在各行业广泛使用的中小型工业锅炉和工业窑炉,由于缺乏相应的环保控制设备,污染尤为严重。气溶胶颗粒物,特别是细颗粒物PM2.5,被排入到空气中之后会严重影响人们的日常生活和工作,甚至威胁到人们的生命安全。由于细颗粒物的体积小、重量轻,因此在大气中停留时间长,漂浮距离远,影响范围广。而且由于它独特的消光作用,会严重降低环境的能见度,造成大面积灰霾天气,影响人们正常出行。另外,细颗粒物的比表面积比较大,大量有毒有害的重金属会富集在其表面,而人体对细颗粒物的阻挡能力有限导致细颗粒物可以进入人体呼吸道、沉积在肺泡内,其中的重金属会进入人体血液,引发哮喘、支气管和心血管等方面的疾病,危害人体健康。
[0003]目前我国大多数燃煤电站锅炉采用静电除尘器(ESP)脱除尾部烟气中的颗粒物。高效的静电除尘器除尘效率可以高达99.7%,但是对于细颗粒物,尤其是粒径在0.1微米到
1.0微米的颗粒物,仍然会有15%左右的比例逃逸到大气。因此考虑在静电除尘器前面加上细颗粒物预团聚装置,让细颗粒物在物理或者化学的作用下先团聚长大成较大粒径的颗粒物,再通过静电除尘器收集。目前正在研究的团聚方法包括:电团聚、声波团聚、相变凝结长大和化学团聚等等,但是这些团聚方法单独作用时都有一定的弊端,对细颗粒物的团聚效果不是很明显,所以最终的细颗粒物脱除效率不能得到有效提高。
[0004] 因此,开发一种新型的基于多场协同方法的细颗粒物高效脱除装置非常必要,将外场凝并和脉冲荷电凝并有效结合,使细颗粒物在电场力、热泳力、液桥力和固桥力等多种作用力的作用下团聚长大成较大粒径的颗粒物,最终通过静电除尘技术实现高效脱除。

[0012] (4)采用聚四氟乙烯绝缘子防水套管防止聚四氟乙烯绝缘子下边缘直接暴露在水汽环境中,有效防止线电极和板电极导通,从而保证能够提供较高的放电电压和电场强度;

2、外场凝并区3、直流预收尘区4、脉冲荷电凝并区5、直流收尘区6、气溶胶出口 7、喷嘴8、水蒸气及化学团聚剂接入管路9、聚四氟乙烯绝缘子10、聚四氟乙烯绝缘子防水套管11、灰斗浆液出口 12、负直流高压电线13、正脉冲高压电线14、线电极15、灰斗16、水膜电极外接水源接入管路17、水槽18、挡板19、板电极20 ;所述气溶胶颗粒物进口 1、布风板2、外场凝并区3、直流预收尘区4、脉冲荷电凝并区5、直流收尘区6、气溶胶出口 7顺次相连;所述外场凝并区3包括喷嘴8、水蒸气及化学团聚剂接入管路9、灰斗浆液出口 12、灰斗16 ;所述喷嘴8采用压力旋转式喷嘴,布置在流道正中间和灰斗正上方,喷嘴包括喷嘴外缘切线式布置的进口、液体旋转室、喷淋孔,喷嘴出口方向正对气溶胶来流方向,喷嘴8与固定在外场凝并区顶部的水蒸气及化学团聚剂接入管路9相连;所述直流预收尘区4和直流收尘区6采用相同的线板式结构布置,其中直流预收尘区4包括聚四氟乙烯绝缘子10、聚四氟乙烯绝缘子防水套管11、灰斗浆液出口 12、负直流高压电线13、线电极15、灰斗16、水膜电极外接水源接入管路17、水槽18、挡板19、板电极20,直流预收尘区顶部设有多个聚四氟乙烯绝缘子10,聚四氟乙烯绝缘子10外设有聚四氟乙烯绝缘子防水套管11,聚四氟乙烯绝缘子插有线电极15,线电极15与负直流高压电线13相连,直流预收尘区上部两侧设有水膜电极外接水源接入管路17、水槽18、挡板19,直流预收尘区两内侧壁设有板电极20,板电极20接地,直流预收尘区下部设有灰斗,灰斗底部设有灰斗浆液出口 12 ;所述脉冲荷电凝并区5采用线板式结构布置,包括聚四氟乙烯绝缘子10、聚四氟乙烯绝缘子防水套管11、灰斗浆液出口 12、正脉冲高压电线14、线电极15、灰斗16、水膜电极外接水源接入管路17、水槽18、挡板19、板电极20,脉冲荷电凝并区顶部设有多个聚四氟乙烯绝缘子10,聚四氟乙烯绝缘子10外设有聚四氟乙烯绝缘子防水套管11,聚四氟乙烯绝缘子插有线电极15,线电极15与正脉冲高压电线14相连,脉冲荷电凝并区上部两侧设有水膜电极外接水源接入管路17、水槽18、挡板19,脉冲荷电凝并区两内侧壁设有板电极20,脉冲荷电凝并区下部设有灰斗,灰斗底部设有灰斗浆液出口 12。
[0019] 所述线电极15采用不锈钢材料,沿着流道中心线竖直并排布置,末端与灰斗16上边缘齐平,所述聚四氟乙烯绝缘子10下边缘伸入聚四氟乙烯绝缘子防水套管11内,并且低于聚四氟乙烯绝缘子防水套管11下边缘的高度。[0020] 所述板电极20采用不锈钢材料,竖直布置于流道两侧,形成水膜电极结构。作为优选,板电极20表面保持光滑平整。
[0021] 多场协同细颗粒物高效脱除方法是:气溶胶颗粒物经过气溶胶颗粒物进口 1、布风板2之后被均匀分布进入外场凝并区3,通过外场凝并方法在水蒸气和化学团聚剂的作用下,细颗粒物分别经过“相变凝结长大机制”、“絮凝机制”以及“水汽核化凝结长大机制”而团聚形成大粒径颗粒物;外场凝并后的气溶胶颗粒物进入直流预收尘区4,在线电极15上施加负直流高压电,通过聚四氟乙烯绝缘子防水套管11避免聚四氟乙烯绝缘子10下边缘直接暴露在水汽环境中,有效防止线电极15和板电极20导通,通过“静电除尘机制”将大部分大粒径的颗粒物以及水汽粒子收集到水膜电极上,通过水膜电极清灰方法进行清灰除尘,剩余小粒径颗粒物和少部分的大粒径颗粒物进入脉冲荷电凝并区5,在线电极15上施加正脉冲高压电,通过聚四氟乙烯绝缘子防水套管11和聚四氟乙烯绝缘子10的保护,有效防止线电极15和板电极20导通,通过脉冲荷电凝并方法,大量高能量电子的迁移扩散荷电以及大量正离子的扩散荷电,实现大小不同粒径颗粒物的“非对称异极性荷电”,在“电凝并机制”和“水汽核化凝结长大机制”的作用下促进颗粒物之间的聚并长大形成大粒径颗粒物;脉冲荷电凝并后的气溶胶颗粒物进入直流收尘区6,在线电极15上施加负直流高压电,板电极20接地,通过聚四氟乙烯绝缘子防水套管11和聚四氟乙烯绝缘子10的保护,有效防止线电极15和板电极20导通,通过“静电除尘机制”将颗粒物以及水汽粒子收集到水膜电极上,通过水膜电极清灰方法进行清灰除尘;除尘之后的气溶胶通过气溶胶出口 7排出,从而完成气溶胶颗粒物的脱除过程。
[0022] 所述的外场凝并方法为:饱和水蒸气和化学团聚剂分别通过水蒸气及化学团聚剂接入管路9进入喷嘴8后正对气流方向喷入,其中水蒸气以细颗粒物为凝结核发生相变凝结,使颗粒物的粒径和质量增加,并产生扩散泳和热泳的作用,促使颗粒物迁移碰撞,从而使细颗粒物凝并长大;化学团聚剂被喷出后在表面张力、粘性力和空气阻力的相互作用下雾化成小液滴,通过絮凝理论的物理作用促使气溶胶颗粒物凝并长大。
[0023] 所述的脉冲荷电凝并方法为:线电极15施加正脉冲高压电之后产生流光电晕放电,电晕区可以贯通正负电极,流光通道内存在大量高能量的电子和正负离子,电子的荷电能力强于离子,正离子的数目多于负离子,在整个脉冲周期内存在着电子的迁移扩散荷电以及离子的扩散荷电,使大小不同粒径的颗粒物荷上不同极性的电荷,荷电颗粒通过扩散作用和库仑作用相互碰撞凝并。
[0024] 所述的水膜电极清灰方法为:干净水源通过水膜电极外接水源接入管路17进入水槽18,水槽18的顶部靠近壁面处开有溢流口可以较好地避免进水口涌流干扰水膜的形成,当水槽18内的水位超过溢流口高度时水流会溢出进入挡板19与板电极20的空隙处,在挡板19的作用下,水流在板电极20的表面自上而下均匀分布形成一层水膜,当气溶胶颗粒物和水汽粒子被板电极20捕集时,在水膜的作用下混合浆液直接进入灰斗16并通过灰斗衆液出口 12向外排出,从而不会在板电极20表面形成积灰,维持电场的稳定,避免反电晕和二次扬尘,提高了收尘的效果。

1.一种多场协同细颗粒物高效脱除装置,其特征在于包括气溶胶颗粒物进口(I)、布风板(2)、外场凝并区(3)、直流预收尘区(4)、脉冲荷电凝并区(5)、直流收尘区(6)、气溶胶出口(7)、喷嘴(8)、水蒸气及化学团聚剂接入管路(9)、聚四氟乙烯绝缘子(10)、聚四氟乙烯绝缘子防水套管(11 )、灰斗浆液出口( 12)、负直流高压电线(13)、正脉冲高压电线(14)、线电极(15)、灰斗(16)、水膜电极外接水源接入管路(17)、水槽(18)、挡板(19)、板电极(20);所述气溶胶颗粒物进口(I)、布风板(2)、外场凝并区(3)、直流预收尘区(4)、脉冲荷电凝并区(5)、直流收尘区(6)、气溶胶出口(7)顺次相连;所述外场凝并区(3)包括喷嘴(8)、水蒸气及化学团聚剂接入管路(9)、灰斗浆液出口(12)、灰斗(16);所述喷嘴(8)采用压力旋转式喷嘴,布置在流道正中间和灰斗正上方,喷嘴出口方向正对气溶胶来流方向,喷嘴(8)与固定在外场凝并区顶部的水蒸气及化学团聚剂接入管路(9)相连;所述直流预收尘区(4)和直流收尘区(6)采用相同的线板式结构布置,其中直流预收尘区(4)包括聚四氟乙烯绝缘子(10)、聚四氟乙烯绝缘子防水套管(11)、灰斗浆液出口(12)、负直流高压电线(13)、线电极(15)、灰斗(16)、水膜电极外接水源接入管路(17)、水槽(18)、挡板(19)、板电极(20),直流预收尘区顶部设有多个聚四氟乙烯绝缘子(10),聚四氟乙烯绝缘子(10)外设有聚四氟乙烯绝缘子防水套管(11),聚四氟乙烯绝缘子插有线电极(15),线电极(15)与负直流高压电线(13)相连,直流预收尘区上部两侧设有水膜电极外接水源接入管路(17)、水槽(18 )、挡板(19 ),直流预收尘区两内侧壁设有板电极(20 ),板电极(20 )接地,直流预收尘区下部设有灰斗,灰斗底部设有灰斗浆液出口( 12);所述脉冲荷电凝并区(5)采用线板式结构布置,包括聚四氟乙烯绝缘子(10)、聚四氟乙烯绝缘子防水套管(11)、灰斗浆液出口(12)、正脉冲高压电线(14)、线电极(15)、灰斗(16)、水膜电极外接水源接入管路(17)、水槽(18)、挡板(19)、板电极(20),脉冲荷电凝并区顶部设有多个聚四氟乙烯绝缘子(10),聚四氟乙烯绝缘子(10)外设有聚四氟乙烯绝缘子防水套管(11),聚四氟乙烯绝缘子插有线电极(15),线电极(15)与正脉冲高压电线(14)相连,脉冲荷电凝并区上部两侧设有水膜电极外接水源接入管路(17)、水槽(18)、挡板(19),脉冲荷电凝并区两内侧壁设有板电极(20),脉冲荷电凝并区下部设有灰斗,灰斗底部设有灰斗浆液出口( 12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多场协同细颗粒物高效脱除装置,其特征在于,所述线电极(15)采用不锈钢材料,沿着流道中心线竖直并排布置,末端与灰斗(16)上边缘齐平,所述聚四氟乙烯绝缘子(10)下边缘伸入聚四氟乙烯绝缘子防水套管(11)内,并且低于聚四氟乙烯绝缘子防水套管(11)下边缘的高度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多场协同细颗粒物高效脱除装置,其特征在于,所述板电极(20 )采用不锈钢材料,竖直布置于流道两侧,形成水膜电极结构。
