技术领域
本实用新型涉及车辆用灯,更详细地说,涉及用一个光源就能实现远光灯(high beam)及近光灯(low beam)的车辆用灯。
背景技术
通常,当行驶途中周围的照度低时,为了稳定地确保驾驶员的视界,车辆具备了照明装置,这种照明装置中的前照灯主要用于确保驾驶员的稳定的可视距离。
这种前照灯根据从光源照射的光的照射角和光量的差异,能够选择性地向前方照射远光灯和近光灯,所述远光灯和近光灯的选择性照射通过驾驶员切换开关的动作而实现,或根据车辆的行驶状态而自动切换。
图1是图示用一个光源就能选择性地照射远光灯和近光灯的车辆用灯的图。
参照图1,车辆用灯10是放射光的光源,包括:灯泡11(bulb);护罩14(shield),隔离从灯泡11放射的光的一部分而形成远光灯HL或形成近光灯LL。这时,作为光源,替代灯泡11,可使用发光二极管(LED:LightEmitting Diode)。
这里,护罩14以旋转轴12为中心可旋转地设置在灯壳,为了旋转护罩14,护罩14连接电磁阀16(solenoid)。
电磁阀16运转时,护罩14以其旋转轴12为中心旋转而形成远光灯HL或近光灯LL。即,护罩14根据电磁阀16而如图1所图示,直立时形成近光灯LL,水平方向时形成远光灯HL。
图2及图3是图1中图示的车辆用灯,是图示护罩和铰链部的间隙的图。
如此,为了切换远光灯HL及近光灯LL而护罩14旋转时,会产生运转噪音。参照图2及图3,灯壳H上形成支架B,护罩14可旋转地形成于支架B,支架B上形成的铰链部13和旋转轴12之间形成用于护罩14旋转的间隙15。因该间隙15,如图3所图示,护罩14在左右移动的过程中,可能会产生振动及噪音。这种噪音及振动直接传达到车辆室内。

本实用新型为了解决所述问题点而提供一种车辆用灯,护罩在旋转时能够左右移动,从而防止振动及噪音的产生。

根据本实用新型的一实施例的车辆用灯,包括:光源;护罩,旋转轴在所述光源前的铰链部可旋转地形成。所述铰链部和所述护罩之间形成间隙,从而所述护罩能够向所述旋转轴方向左右移动,所述间隙里可介入弹性部件。
优选地,所述弹性部件为压缩螺旋弹簧。
优选地,所述压缩螺旋弹簧可插入所述旋转轴。
优选地,所述铰链部设有垫圈,所述旋转轴被插入轴衬,所述间隙形成为所述垫圈和所述轴衬的间隙。
优选地,所述压缩螺旋弹簧的两端部中的其中一个端部被所述垫圈所支撑,另一端部被所述轴衬所支撑。
优选地,所述压缩螺旋弹簧与所述垫圈线接触。
(实用新型的效果)
根据本实用新型的一实施例的车辆用灯,在护罩和铰链部之间的间隙(gap)设置弹性部件,向护罩移动的旋转轴方向提供适当的复原力,在护罩旋转时,能够防止振动及噪音的产生。

参照图4及图5,根据本实用新型的一优选实施例的车辆用灯,间隙上设置弹性部件110。这里,间隙是指,如在图2及图3所图示,铰链部13和护罩14之间形成的空间。
这种间隙(图2及图3的15)的作用是组装护罩14时,吸收组装及部件的公差,诱导护罩14的顺畅的旋转。
灯壳H前形成支架B,该支架B上可旋转地结合护罩14。为此,支架B上设有插入护罩14的旋转轴12的铰链部13。

而且铰链部13可形成垫圈120。并且,轴衬130被插入旋转轴12的端部而形成。
另外,弹性部件110可由压缩螺旋弹簧形态构成,可插入旋转轴12的端部。因此,弹性部件110的两端部中的其中一个被垫圈120所支撑,另一端部被轴衬130的内侧所支撑。
这种弹性部件110在护罩14旋转时,向旋转轴方向提供复原力,防止护罩14左右移动而产生振动及噪音。
这时,由压缩螺旋弹簧形态构成的弹性部件110与垫圈120线接触。因此,护罩14旋转时,能够最小化弹性部件110和垫圈120的摩擦。
并且由压缩螺旋弹簧形态构成的弹性部件110受到温度上升的影响较小,适合设置在温度较高的车辆用灯内部。

1.一种车辆用灯,包括光源及护罩,旋转轴在所述光源前的铰链部可旋转地形成;所述铰链部和所述护罩之间形成间隙,从而所述护罩能够向所述旋转轴方向左右移动,
所述间隙里可介入弹性部件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用灯,
所述弹性部件为压缩螺旋弹簧。
3.根据权利要求2所述的车辆用灯,
所述压缩螺旋弹簧可插入所述旋转轴。
4.根据权利要求2所述的车辆用灯,
所述铰链部设有垫圈,所述旋转轴被插入轴衬,所述间隙为所述垫圈和所述轴衬的间隙。
5.根据权利要求4所述的车辆用灯,
所述压缩螺旋弹簧的两端部中的其中一个端部被所述垫圈所支撑,另一端部被所述轴衬所支撑。
