技术领域
本实用新型涉及生产塑料包装制品的加工设备技术领域，尤其涉及一种塑料制品余料切割装置。
背景技术
吹塑技术一种发展迅速的塑料加工方法,热塑性树脂经挤出或注射成型得到的管状塑料型坯，趁热（或加热到软化状态），置于对开模中，闭模后立即在型坯内通入压缩空气，使塑料型坯吹胀而紧贴在模具内壁上，经冷却脱模，即得到各种中空制品。由于吹塑产品时，制得的产品会有飞边，首先要去飞边处理，然后要处理工艺瓶口，因此一般需要在吹塑机上安装去飞边装置，产品去边以后再手动修口，手动操作切刀效率低，且精度不高，无法满足部分产品要求，容易导致产品口部包装时产生漏液。现有的修口设备，都是沿瓶口的径向切割，无法保证瓶口预留相同台阶，无法保证在后续包装过程中的密封性能。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供了一种塑料制品余料切割装置，解决瓶口预留台阶不同的问题，也保证了后续包装过程中的密封性能。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：本实用新型包括底座（1）、动力装置（7）、刀具（3）、夹持装置（4）、刀座（3.1）；所述刀座（3.1）上固定刀具（3），固定点分布在距刀座（3.1）中心不同距离处，通过传动轴（3.2）与动力装置（7）的输出轴（7.1）连接；所述夹持装置（4）底部固定于底座（1）上，上部与固定板（2）之间连接有可调节轴（5）。
优选的，所述动力装置（7）的输出轴（7.1）与刀座（3.1）的中心轴线重合。
本实用新型的有益效果：本实用新型通过夹持装置与上固定板的活动连接，可以实现多种直径的包装瓶的定位，同时通过刀具轴向转动实现去余料，刀具通过刀座不同固定点处的传动轴与动力装置的输出轴连接，实现对不同径口的轴切。
