技术领域
本实用新型涉及挤出机挤出成品瞬间冷却装置,属于塑料机械领域。
背景技术
塑料物料从料斗进入到挤出机,在螺杆的转动带动下将其向前进行输送,物料在向前运动的过程中,接受料筒的加热、螺杆带来的剪切以及压缩作用使得物料熔融,因而实现了在玻璃态、高弹态和粘流态的三态间的变化。在进行加压的情况下,使得处于粘流态的物料通过具有一定的形状的口模,然后根据口模而成为横截面和口模样子相仿的连续体,继而冷却定型形成玻璃态,由此得到所需加工的制件,而PVC塑料挤包层在离开机头后,应立即进行冷却定型,否则会在重力的作用下发生变形,然而,现如今的冷却装置存在冷却不均匀的缺陷,如果冷却不均匀就会造成成品变形,因此,这是急需解决的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供挤出机挤出成品瞬间冷却装置。
本实用新型要解决的问题是现有冷却装置存在冷却不均匀的缺陷。
为实现本实用新型的目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:
本实用新型挤出机挤出成品瞬间冷却装置,包括支架、法兰、进水管a、电磁阀a、口模、出水管a、模芯、出水管b、进水管b、液压杆a、液压杆b、尾座、机箱、螺旋槽、电磁阀b和内管,所述口模固定安装在支架上,口模前端面设有法兰,口模上安装有进水管a和出水管a,进水管a处安装有一个电磁阀a,口模上设有螺旋槽,进水管a和出水管a与螺旋槽相连通;模芯安装在液压杆a头部,液压杆a安装在尾座上,液压杆a能伸长将模芯插入口模内,模芯与口模之间存在一定间隙,尾座通过转轴安装在机箱顶部,液压杆a外臂和机箱之间安装有液压杆b,液压杆b伸缩能使液压杆a改变位置,机箱内设有液压泵、液压组件和控制机构等;模芯为圆柱体结构,内部空心,进水管b和出水管b安装在模芯尾部,进水管b处安装有电磁阀b,内管安装在模芯内部,进水管b与内管连接。
本实用新型的优点是:口模上设有用于通冷却水的螺旋槽,该螺旋槽能够使口模的冷却面积最大化,模芯内部也能通冷却水,通过口模和模芯同时冷却的作用,使需要冷却的物料均匀快速的冷却下来,具有冷却速度快,冷却均匀,冷却效果好的特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
如图所示,本实用新型挤出机挤出成品瞬间冷却装置,包括支架1、法兰2、进水管a3、电磁阀a4、口模5、出水管a6、模芯7、出水管b8、进水管b9、液压杆a10、液压杆b11、尾座12、机箱13、螺旋槽14、电磁阀b15和内管16,所述口模5固定安装在支架1上,口模5前端面设有法兰2,口模5上安装有进水管a3和出水管a6,进水管a3处安装有一个电磁阀a4,电磁阀a4可以实现进水管a3的开闭,口模5上设有螺旋槽14,进水管a3和出水管a6与螺旋槽14相连通,螺旋槽14内可以通冷却水,冷却水从进水管a3流入螺旋槽14内然后从出水管a6流出;模芯7安装在液压杆a10头部,液压杆a10安装在尾座12上,液压杆a10能伸长将模芯7插入口模5内,模芯7与口模5之间存在一定间隙,尾座12通过转轴安装在机箱13顶部,尾座12可以转动,液压杆a10外臂和机箱13之间安装有液压杆b11,液压杆b11伸缩能使液压杆a10改变位置,机箱13内设有液压泵、液压组件和控制机构等;模芯7为圆柱体结构,内部空心,进水管b9和出水管b8安装在模芯7尾部,进水管b9处安装有电磁阀b15,内管16安装在模芯7内部,进水管b9与内管16连接,冷却水从进水管b9流入内管16内部,然后再流入内管16外部,最后从出水管b8流出。
本实用新型使用方法:首先用螺栓将法兰2安装在挤出机模头上,通过液压杆a10将模芯7插入口模5内,挤出机将高温的物料挤入口模5和模芯7的间隙,然后电磁阀a4和电磁阀b15打开,冷却水迅速将物料冷却,当物料冷却后,液压杆a10收缩将模芯7拔出,成品也随之拔出,然后液压杆b11伸长,成品从模芯7内拔出,然后继续重复进行下个物料冷却。

1.挤出机挤出成品瞬间冷却装置,包括支架(1)、法兰(2)、进水管a(3)、电磁阀a(4)、口模(5)、出水管a(6)、模芯(7)、出水管b(8)、进水管b(9)、液压杆a(10)、液压杆b(11)、尾座(12)、机箱(13)、螺旋槽(14)、电磁阀b(15)和内管(16),所述口模(5)固定安装在支架(1)上,口模(5)前端面设有法兰(2),口模(5)上安装有进水管a(3)和出水管a(6),进水管a(3)处安装有一个电磁阀a(4);模芯(7)安装在液压杆a(10)头部,液压杆a(10)安装在尾座(12)上,尾座(12)通过转轴安装在机箱(13)顶部,液压杆a(10)外臂和机箱(13)之间安装有液压杆b(11),机箱(13)内设有液压泵、液压组件和控制机构等;进水管b(9)和出水管b(8)安装在模芯(7)尾部,进水管b(9)处安装有电磁阀b(15)。
