技术领域
    本实用新型涉及发动机曲轴箱体，尤其涉及其点火线圈的线束设置。
背景技术
微型水泵、小型发电机组等工作机所使用的发动机，其排量一般较小，其箱体、汽缸头被设置为一体，亦被称为通用汽油机。其点火有手拉启动及电启动两种方式。在手拉启动方式中，曲轴通过手拉启动器带动而产生旋转，通过点火线圈产生电流，所产生电流通过其上的线束输送到点火器，通过点火器使发动机点火启动。同时，由于此种发动机的散热需要，在其箱体设有曲轴孔一侧的侧壁的周沿设有裙边，以更好地收集、导向冷却风吹向汽缸头；此外，为加强所述箱体的顶壁等周壁部位的散热效果，通常在裙边上设置散热孔将冷却风水平地导向箱体的顶壁等对应周壁部位。
在上面所说的技术条件下，怎样设置点火线圈的线束是一个课题。目前现有技术的设置线束的方式如图1所示，曲轴箱体1＇上装设有点火线圈2＇和点火器3＇，点火线圈2＇上带有线束4＇。在裙边11＇上设有散热孔6＇，并在其上另设一线束过口5＇。在线束过口5＇上，再通过一个橡胶卡（图1中未标示）将该线束4＇卡在该线束过口5＇内，由此线束4＇穿出裙边11＇。这样的设置存在以下不足：一是所述裙边上设置了一个U形的开口，可能影响该开口部位的强度；二是需要另设单独的橡胶卡，增加了配件成本及安装成本；三是点火线圈离点火器距离较远，使得所需的线束较长。
实用新型内容
为克服上述不足，本实用新型提出一种发动机曲轴箱体，沿该曲轴箱体设有曲轴孔一侧的箱壁周沿设有裙边，在该裙边上设置了散热孔；在该曲轴箱体上还装设有点火器和点火线圈，其第一技术特征在于，该点火线圈的线束被设置为从散热孔穿出。
这样的设置，减少了现有技术在裙边上开设线束过口，不致破坏裙边的强度，也不用另设橡胶卡而节省部件和安装程序，有效的对散热孔进行了额外的利用，在不影响正常散热的情况下合理地布置了线束。
本实用新型在第一特征的基础上，其第二技术特征在于，在点火器上设置有线束卡，以使线束在穿出散热孔后被固定在线束卡上。
本实用新型在第二特征的基础上，其第三技术特征在于，该线束卡为一体设置在点火器上的U形卡。
根据本实用新型的第二、三技术特征，固定线束的方式简单易操作，线束卡又与点火器一体成型，成本增加极少。
本实用新型在第一至第三任一技术特征的基础上，其第四特征在于，点火器被装设在曲轴箱体的顶壁外侧，散热孔、点火线圈均被设置为与点火器相邻近。
如此设置，在不影响箱体周壁散热效果的情况下，可额外对点火器进行散热；同时，可使线束最短，降低线束成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及给出的实施例对本实用新型进一步说明。
如图2所示，本实用新型的发动机曲轴箱体，沿该曲轴箱体1设有曲轴孔10一侧的箱壁周沿设有裙边11；在该曲轴箱体1的顶壁外侧通过螺栓9装设有点火器3，在该点火器3靠近裙边11的一侧侧壁上一体地成型（设有）有一个U形线束卡7用来将点火器3带有的线束4卡压固定；在裙边11上与点火器邻近地设置有一个散热孔6，该散热孔6的大小足以使线束4从中穿过；一个带有线束4的点火线圈2，通过螺栓8，8被邻近点火器3地装设在曲轴箱体1上。线束4是这样被设置的，其穿过散热孔6后被卡在线束卡7中进行固定。
本实用新型并不限于以上实施例，其可以有多种变通设计，包括：散热孔6可以设置为多个，只要其中一个能够使线束穿过即可；散热孔6、点火线圈2也可偏离点火器地设置；线束卡可以是除U形卡之外的其他形式的卡，其也可以不一体地与点火器进行成型，等等。只要不脱离本实用新型技术方案的实质，均在本实用新型专利的权利保护范围之内。

Claims (4)

1.一种发动机曲轴箱体，沿该曲轴箱体设有曲轴孔一侧的箱壁周沿设有裙边，在该裙边上设置有散热孔；在该曲轴箱体上还装设有点火器和点火线圈，其特征在于：所述点火线圈的线束被设置为从所述散热孔穿出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发动机曲轴箱体，其特征在于：所述点火器上设置有线束卡，所述线束在穿出所述散热孔后被卡定在所述线束卡上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的发动机曲轴箱体，其特征在于：所述线束卡为一体设置在所述点火器上的U形卡。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一权利要求所述的发动机曲轴箱体，其特征在于：所述点火器被装设在所述曲轴箱体的顶壁外侧，所述散热孔及点火线圈均邻近点火器地设置。
