Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种清洗设备,尤其涉及一种离心泵可互换的小型油罐清洗设备。包括循环泵送模块、换热旋离模块、清洗枪,所述循环泵送模块与所述换热旋离模块连接,所述换热旋离模块与所述清洗枪连接,所述循环泵送模块包括真空抽吸装置、两套石油化工流程泵装置,所述真空抽吸装置通过管道分别与所述两套石油化工流程泵装置连接,所述两套石油化工流程泵装置通过管道分别与所述换热旋离模块连接。本实用新型的有益效果是:当清洗设备中的一台离心泵发生故障时,清洗设备可以继续进行清洗工作,提高了清洗设备的工作的稳定性。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种清洗设备,尤其涉及一种离心泵可互换的小型油罐清洗设备。
背景技术
石油在储运过程中,油品中的无机物及沥青质、石蜡等重油性组份在其重力作用下自然沉降,并积累在原油储罐底部,形成又黑又稠的胶状油泥,并占据了很大的储存空间。另外根据国家油罐修理规定,储罐大修间隔期限为5~7年,并且在检修或更换储油品种之前必须清洗。国内机械清洗设备主要针对大型油罐,工艺流程管线较为复杂、设备体积较大、清洗费用较高,不适用于小型原油储罐及重质成品油储罐。由于目前缺乏针对一万方以下的小型油罐的清洗设备及方法,一万方以下的小型原油储罐及重质成品油罐较多采用人工清洗的方式,存在着清洗周期较长、安全系数较低等问题。储罐机械清洗过程中,使用泵来泵送液体,其中一台用于给清洗枪供液,另一台用于将储罐内的液体回收。当一台泵故障时,整个系统无法工作,清洗工作无法进行。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种离心泵可互换的小型油罐清洗设备,克服了小型油罐清洗过程中一台泵发生故障造成整个设备无法继续进行清洗工作的缺陷。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种离心泵可互换的小型油罐清洗设备,包括循环泵送模块、换热旋离模块、清洗枪,所述循环泵送模块与所述换热旋离模块连接,所述换热旋离模块与所述清洗枪连接,所述循环泵送模块包括真空抽吸装置、两套石油化工流程泵装置,所述真空抽吸装置通过管道分别与所述两套石油化工流程泵装置连接,所述两套石油化工流程泵装置通过管道分别与所述换热旋离模块连接。
进一步,所述石油化工流程泵装置包括离心泵、单向阀、自动调节阀,所述离心泵通过管道与所述自动调节阀连接,所述自动调节阀通过管道与所述单向阀连接。
进一步,还包括蒸汽及保护气发生模块、油水分离模块,所述蒸汽及保护气发生模块与所述油水分离模块、所述换热旋离模块连接。
进一步,所述两套石油化工流程泵装置之间通过管道连接起来,所述两套石油化工流程泵装置之间的连接管道上设有手动阀。
本实用新型的有益效果是:当清洗设备中的一台离心泵发生故障时,清洗设备可以继续进行清洗工作,提高了清洗设备的工作的稳定性。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本实用新型,并非用于限定本实用新型的范围。
如图1所示,本实用新型包括循环泵送模块1、换热旋离模块3、清洗枪5,循环泵送模块1通过管道与换热旋离模块3连接,换热旋离模块3通过管道与清洗枪5连接。循环泵送模块1包括真空抽吸装置6、两套石油化工流程泵装置11,真空抽吸装置6分别与两套石油化工流程泵装置11通过管道连接,两套石油化工流程泵装置11分别通过管道与换热旋离模块3连接。所述真空抽吸装置6可以从待清洗油罐中抽取待清洗油罐罐底油泥,为石油化工流程泵装置11提供一定的液位,两套石油化工流程泵装置11分别负责抽吸泵送功能和循环泵送功能,两套石油化工流程泵装置11独立安装在循环泵送模块1内,因此两套石油化工流程泵装置11之间的功能可以互换。
本实用新型还包括蒸汽及保护气发生模块2、油水分离模块4,蒸汽及保护气发生模块2通过管道分别与换热旋离模块3、油水分离模块4连接。所述蒸汽及保护气发生模块2内分别设有与燃油、清水连通的管道,燃油、清水通过管道输送到蒸汽及保护气发生模块2内产生惰性保护气体和蒸汽,为整个流程提供惰性保护气体和蒸汽热量。油水分离模块4包括分离腔、分离器,油水分离腔内可通入蒸汽进行升温,可为清洗流程提供温水,也能为油水分离提供空间和时间的缓冲;分离器通过设备将油水分离腔内的上层油层分离出来进行回收。
所述石油化工流程泵装置11包括离心泵7、自动调节阀9、单向阀10,离心泵7通过管道与自动调节阀9连接,自动调节阀9通过管道与单向阀10连接,单向阀10通过管道与换热旋离模块3连接,单向阀与换热旋离模块3之间的连接管道上设有手动阀。两套石油化工流程泵装置11之间通过管道连接,两套石油化工流程泵装置11之间的连接管道上设有手动阀8,两套石油化工流程泵装置11上的单向阀10通过管道连接,在两个单向阀10之间的连接管道上设有手动阀8,两套石油化工流程泵装置11上的离心泵7也通过管道连接,在两个离心泵7之间的连接管道上设有手动阀8。可以通过调整手动阀8实现两套石油化工流程泵装置11之间的功能互换,若其中一个离心泵出现故障,另一个离心泵可以继续支撑整个设备继续工作。
石油化工流程泵装置11通过管道与邻近罐12连接,邻近罐12中油的种类与需要清洗的油罐中油的种类相同,在石油化工流程泵装置11和邻近罐12之间的连接管道之间安装有过滤罐13和手动阀,过滤罐13通过管道与油水分离模块4连接,油水分离模块4分离之后的油通过管道再输送到邻近罐12中。
其工作过程为:
针对于原油储罐的清洗,根据储罐内的油品情况,一般采用同种类油品对储罐进行清洗,以减少储罐内油泥,然后采用温水清洗清除罐内残油。方法步骤如下:首先,开启蒸汽及保护气发生模块2,向待清洗油罐内注入惰性保护性气体,使罐内氧气含量降到爆炸极限以下;然后,借用邻近罐12中同种类油品,通过循环泵送模块1的抽吸泵送功能和换热旋离模块3的热交换器给借用的油品进行加热泵送,通过喷枪对储罐内油泥进行冲击、溶解、流化,使罐内油泥形成较为良好的流动状态,通过循环泵送模块1中的石油化工流程泵装置11在清洗流程中建立起循环,通过换热旋离模块3中的旋流器去除同种油中携带的油砂,经过不断的循环清除储罐内油泥,最后再通过抽吸泵送功能将待清洗罐内的原油泵送到邻近油罐;最后,采用温水进行清洗,首先将清水注入油水分离模块4的油水分离腔内,并通入蒸汽将水进行升温,然后将油水分离腔中的温水通过循环泵送模块1的抽吸泵送功能及喷枪的作用注入待清洗油罐,并对罐内壁进行冲刷,通过石油化工流程泵装置11在清洗系统中建立起循环,通过油水分离模块4的分离器将水中的油分离出。
针对于成品油储罐,根据储罐内油品情况一般采用直接温水清洗。其步骤如下:首先,开启蒸汽及保护气发生模块2,向待清洗油罐内注入惰性保护性气体,使罐内氧气含量降到爆炸极限以下;然后,将清水注入油水分离模块4的油水分离腔内,并通入蒸汽将水进行升温,然后将油水分离腔中的温水通过循环泵送模块1的抽吸泵送功能及喷枪的作用注入待清洗油罐,并对罐内壁进行冲刷,通过循环泵送功能在清洗系统中建立起循环,通过油水分离模块4的分离器将水中的油分离出,最后通过抽吸泵送功能将储罐内的油水清空。
以上所述仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本实用新型,凡在本实用新型的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。
Claims (4)
1.一种离心泵可互换的小型油罐清洗设备,其特征在于,包括循环泵送模块、换热旋离模块、清洗枪,所述循环泵送模块与所述换热旋离模块连接,所述换热旋离模块与所述清洗枪连接,所述循环泵送模块包括真空抽吸装置、两套石油化工流程泵装置,所述真空抽吸装置通过管道分别与所述两套石油化工流程泵装置连接,所述两套石油化工流程泵装置通过管道分别与所述换热旋离模块连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种离心泵可互换的小型油罐清洗设备,其特征在于,所述石油化工流程泵装置包括离心泵、单向阀、自动调节阀,所述离心泵通过管道与所述自动调节阀连接,所述自动调节阀通过管道与所述单向阀连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种离心泵可互换的小型油罐清洗设备,其特征在于,还包括蒸汽及保护气发生模块、油水分离模块,所述蒸汽及保护气发生模块与所述油水分离模块、所述换热旋离模块连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种离心泵可互换的小型油罐清洗设备,其特征在于,所述两套石油化工流程泵装置之间通过管道连接起来,所述两套石油化工流程泵装置之间的连接管道上设有手动阀。
